Please note that the name on the credit card used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property.

Pets must be attended at all times, even in the rooms.

Please note that guests booking 5-9 rooms will be charged a 10% deposit at the time of booking. Guests booking 10 rooms or more will be charged a 20% deposit at the time of booking. This payment is non-refundable and non-transferable.

Pets are allowed for an extra charge of THB 500 per pet, per night.
Pets are permitted in Superior, Deluxe, and Deluxe Pool View rooms. Pets are not permitted in Corner Suite, Deluxe Family and Family Suite rooms.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Nice hotel, nice staff
Pros:

The staff are very nice and the door staff are very friendly. I booked a twin room and the beds were too firm compared to the double beds so I asked for an extra topper and they came provided us with extra toppers that helped.
The pool space is very spacious and nice to go to sit by.

Cons:

The security guard tried squeezing my car over from the disabled spot which is clearly made to fit only 1 car so the doors are able to open wide enough on both sides. He tried suggesting to get 2 cars in the 1 disabled parking spot which is besides the point of having a disabled car space. I explained I wouldn’t be able to open the door wide enough to let the disabled passenger in. His suggestion was to drive out of the space to let the passengers in. I said then I might as well park in any of the other available parking spaces. Never had any issues with any other security guards over the many times I’ve stayed here. So maybe he was new but his attitude wasn’t great. Apart from that the rest of the stay and the other staff is a 10/10

Konumu iyi, havuzu çok geniş ve temiz. Odaların düzenli olarak temizlenmesi çok iyi.

Cons:

Tavan çok alçak. Banyo çok dar. Otelde bazen çok Hintli oluyor, yüksek sesle konuşmaları rahatsız edici.
