Pros:

Gut ausgestattete Zimmer die Lage vom Hotel war günstig gelegen und trotzdem ruhig und genügend Parkplätze vorhanden. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich frisch und das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit/ zuvorkommend

Cons:

Die Matratze im Bett war für mich etwas zu hart.

Pros:

Toller Kommunikation vor Anreise, Stellplatz, spätere Ankunft. Tolle Begrüßung und Check-Inn, Frühstück war super, alles da. Frisches Rührei, Spiegeleier und Orangensaft.
Am Abreisetag haben wir ein tolles Lunchpaket bekommen, um 6 Uhr, danke noch mal.
Super geschmackvolles Zimmer und Badezimmer.
Gute Kommunikation wegen dem Zimmer, aber es war voll belegt.

Cons:

Zimmer ging zu Straße, kein Sichtschutz, wir mussten immer die Vorhänge geschlossen halten, daher war es immer dunkel im Zimmer. Da es aber Ausgebucht war, konnten wir nicht umziehen.

Die Tür vom Badezimmer ließ sich nicht komplett öffnen. Muss mal eingestellt werden.

A wonderful hotel—spotlessly clean, beautifully cosy, and incredibly welcoming, with a warm atmosphere that made our stay feel truly relaxing. Everything was thoughtfully maintained, and we would happily stay here again!

Breakfast charge was rather high, so I skipped it. However there was free coffee option in the room so it was a bonus.

Cons:

Pricey breakfast. Other than that, the hotel was great.

Super fijne plek en fijne ligging.
Pros:

Het verblijf was super fijn. De kamer was ruim en in alles voorzien. We mochten onze hond meenemen. Het ontbijt was super uitgebreid en zeer smakelijk. Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De ligging was fijn, je kon makkelijk naar het vlakbijgelegen natuurgebied wandelen. Dichtbij de stad en bij de bezienswaardigheden van Duisburg. De hondenuitlaatstrook konden we in eerste instantie niet vinden. Maar die is dus achter de supermarkt (netto).

Cons:

We konden de smart TV niet werkend krijgen ivm geen wifiverbinding. Het personeel had hier ook geen oplossing voor. Dus netflix konden we niet gebruiken.
