U redu je... vratićemo se na zimu ☺️☺️
Pros:

Jako dobra lokacija. Odmah na stazi. Sve je jako čisto i zimski, planinski uredjeno. Ogroman garderober.
Jaaako ukusna hrana u restoranu.
Igraonica za decu je super.

Cons:

Veoma hladna voda u bazenu. Konobari (sem jednog sa bradicom) nisu baš presrećni što su na svom radnom mestu. 🤣 Utisak je da sve u hotelu funkcioniše sa 50% snage.

Overall, a very pleasant hotel where we had a wonderful time.
Pros:

Liked the interior, the hotel’s location, the breakfast. It was very pleasant in the spa: not too many people, clean warm towels, the pool area was very warm. The breakfast buffet wasn’t very huge, but the selection was pleasing - porridge, omelets, plenty of delicious and very fresh pastries, and ripe sweet fruits. The girls at the reception are very pleasant and polite; they are always ready to help you with some problems or confusion.

Cons:

The spa area is located in the other building and connected to our accommodation block only via restaurant; so you can’t go to the spa in bathrobe. It’s not very comfortable.
It would be much more convenient if the food at breakfast were labeled.

Food was amazing, we had breakfast included with our stay, and it was wonderful. With the breakfast you can order a coffee of your choosing as well as drink of your choosing. Service was amazing as well; nothing was too much. 10+

Cons:

In our use case, we did not have any bad experience or any suggestion, the only thing would be, the AC was not controllable from the room, so it was needed to be adjusted by the hotel's main control system.

Excellent stay at Grey Hotel Kopaonik
Pros:

We spent 3 wonderful nights at Grey Hotel Kopaonik and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The breakfast was varied and delicious, offering something for everyone each morning. We stayed in a Deluxe apartment, which not only met but exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and quality. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Kopaonik!

Cons:

The only downside was the payment method. The hotel does not accept Visa or Mastercard, so we'd recommend having cash or another payment option ready. Aside from that, highly recommend for anyone visiting Kopaonik!

5 zvezda je dobio na vezu…definitivno daleko losiji od Granda i Gorskog.
Pros:

Hotel je lep, ali dosta mracan.

Cons:

1. Mini bar nema cene u sobi, a placaju se i kapaule.
2. Ne primaju kartice
3. Bilo je dosta bucno.
