Hotel going through a refurbished in some areas
Didn’t effect us anyway whatsoever. We were also given a free upgrade to deluxe room

My partner recently heard from yourselves trying to say she is due money for parking. She logged in when we arrived at the hotel for the parking and we were informed it was free since we were staying there. I am personally upset that this has happened as I know it to be wrong that you are attempting to charge her.

Was a minute late for breakfast I think the the staff member could have just let us have breakfast as I had payed and people were still going up for food but she turned us away!
Staff lovely, food excellent, housekeeping staff helpful and lovely, convenient for train and bus stations, Tivoli Theatre etc
Air con in room not effective
Fantastic location, Breakfast had plenty of choice and staff were all lovely
Would’ve been nice to have had some bottled water in the room and the slamming of doors was annoying especially in the early hours of the morning.

Very central location. Adjacent to the railway and bus stations. Actually in the City centre. Very good restaurant. Superb buffet breakfast. Very comfortable room with a super comfortable bed. Excellent shower, easy to operate Good range of drinks in the bar area. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. All clean and well kept throughout. Large left luggage room, very handy.

Das Zimmer hatte eine angenehme Größe & das Bett war sehr gut für zwei Personen. Das Personal war sehr nett & es ist sehr zentral gelegen.
Wir schlafen lieber mit getrennten Bettdecken, daher war nur eine etwas ungünstig, alles andere war top!
Staff on front desk were super friendly and helped us work out how to pay for parking. Good room. Excellent breakfast. Busy hotel due to it being adjacent to the rail station.
Lines for coffee / tea at breakfast. Wait staff did end up bringing a container of hot water out for us people that just needed water for tea.
