The hotel has amazing rooms, the place is spotless and you always get the best service really good for you money

Pros:

Very good spacious room looking over to Union Square
Always a very good breakfast with plenty of choice

Cons:

Move the coffee machine away from the breakfast buffet as it is in a place which causes hold ups as it takes a long time to dispense cups of coffee
Wiring of bedside lamp in room 215 requires attention as lamp does not operate

It was a reasonable stay. With minor issues.

Staff were very helpful and approachable.

Cons:

I always strip my bedding on my stays away from home. I was shocked to see my daughters bed had no under protective sheet. So when we took off the sheet, the mattress was discoloured and stained very badly. We did make a comment to front desk. He was very good at his job. It was a shame the lift was also broken on our stay. But again the staff were very apologetic.

Great stay
Pros:

The room was excellent but could have more toiletries fir the amount of people staying and have a bit more breakfast options for guests with diabetes or diet routines such as brown bread or high fibre cereal such as weetabix or all bran

La posizione, la vicinanza a parcheggio e stazione.

Cons:

Pulizia pessima, solo 1 ascensore in tutta la struttura, occorreva fare un giro enorme, cattivo odore, scricchioli del parquet.
