Friendly staff, large rooms, shower hot and powerful. Reasonable breakfast. Very good location, especially for trains and a bit of shopping.

Noisy, you can hear the noise from the streets even the birds. The bathroom needs some serious upgrades.

The room was hot. I left window open which helped but my friend and granddaughter felt their room was noisy with window open.

Had to wait an hour and 20 mins for dinner although there was approximately 5 people in the restaurant had to go and ask for it also floor boards really creaky tried to walk around that bits as we were on second floor
Dinner was good but I ordered lasagna thinking there would be a side salad and there was nothing else with it so bit disappointed after waiting an hour and 20 mins also looked like it had been heated in a microwave
Well I got a free upgrade when I checked in which was a lovely surprise. The staff were so good. Very attentive and helpful
Excellent location. In front of the station and with a good structure around it, including shops, a supermarket, restaurants, and the Union Square shopping mall. Breakfast is simple but enough, nothing to complain about. The staff was also very helpful and nice to us.
They put us in what was probably one of their worst rooms. The room was in the attic (top floor under the roof) and had a very low, sloping ceiling with a skylight window. We had to bend down to walk from one side of the room to the other, and I even hit my head.
The room also had damaged walls and needed a better cleaning in some areas.
In the bathroom, the sink was clogged/blocked. Even when removing the drain plug, the water did not go down.
We only didn't ask to change rooms because we were staying for just one night. But it was very disappointing to get one of the worst rooms in the hotel.

Very dated property
L’emplacement est parfait. Nous étions en transit entre la gare et le ferry, c’était idéal et central. Possibilité de boire un verre sur place, c’est agréable.
En allant nous coucher nous découvrons que le store des fenêtres est cassé et ne ferme pas du tout. Trop fatigués, nous ne sommes pas descendu pour demander à changer de chambre (sachant qu’il faisait nuit à 22h30 et jour à 4h du matin, le store a vraiment son importance).
Les joints du carrelage de la salle de bain sont cassés et mériteraient d’être refaits (trous importants tout de même)
Le vrai problème s’est présenté quand à 8h du matin une réfection de la toiture dans la chambre voisine a été commencé (nous dormions sous les toits) Un bruit monstrueux! Comme si nous n’étions pas là. À l’heure du checkout pourquoi pas, mais à 8h quand les gens ont encore le droit de dormir? Cela faisait autant de bruit que si c’était dans notre chambre. Nous avons quitté les lieux le plus rapidement possible (alors que nous souhaitions profiter de nous reposer jusqu’à l’heure du départ). Quand j’en ai parlé à l’accueil lors du checkout, aucune réaction de la part du personnel. Des excuses ?
J’imagine que le traitement est différent si nous avons une chambre à coût modéré sous les toits au 4e étage, pour autant nous avons payé cette nuit.
I liked the spacious bedroom and bathroom . The bed was comfortable.
The room was quiet.
The colour scheme of the room was a bit sombre with black carpet and curtains.
When you re-decorate, I suggest you chose warmer colours.

Possibilité de faire garder ses bagages si on arrive avant le check in.
L'emplacement proche des bus, des trains, des ferry et du centre commercial où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants.
Chambre individuelle un peu étroite mais bien agencée.
