Pros:

5 minutes walk from the main railway station, the hotel was modern and exceptionally clean throughout. The reception staff were polite, helpful and very efficient. We ate our evening meal in the restaurant and found the food to be very good, and excellent value for money.

Cons:

Some might feel a little weary when turning into the narrow lane leading up to the entrance, but persevere, it is quite safe, you will not be disappointed.

Staff were helpful and centrally located.

Cons:

Very dirty, even the hallways leading up to the rooms were dirty and covered in (food?) stains. The bedding and curtains were stained and the room generally wasn’t very clean. There are also lots of mosquitos but no attempts to tackle the issue.

Amazing stay in Kerala
Pros:

Great hotel, polite and professional staff in reception, in the restaurant and around the rooms. They accepted to keep my luggage for 3 days while I was in Alleppey and replied to every enquiry with a broad smile and a polite attitude.
The hotel exceeded my expectations, it is 5 min away from the train station, the room was clean and comfy and the food was extremely great. We had the Kerala food on the banana leaf and the kitchen staff were extremely welcoming and explaining the menu to us.
Thank you very much, I would stay again for sure :)
