Pros:

We booked the 7 people dorm and we were a group of 7. We enjoyed our stay
Pros:

Location was perfect really close to Democracy square, bars, restaurants and metro
Polite people, we checked in really late and they were very polite

Cons:

The Breakfast wasn’t so good but it was included to the price so we went there every morning
The guy working there was the only bad experience we had. He wasn’t so helpful although we were always on time

Horrible hostel

The location

Terrible hostel with unjustifiably high prices. They clearly overestimate themselves. First of all, they do not have any family rooms, despite advertising otherwise. Secondly, someone was shouting until 3 a.m., and at 6 a.m. we were woken up because renovation work was being carried out in the hostel.
When we asked to speak with the management, we were told that they would not call the management at 6 a.m. and that we could only contact them after 9 a.m. Apparently, only hostel guests can be woken up at 6 a.m., but not the hotel management.
In general, we had originally booked two nights, but on the day of arrival we agreed with the receptionist that we would pay for only one night because we decided to stay for just one night. The next day, at 12:00, when we were checking out, a new receptionist told us that nobody had informed her that we had decided to stay for only one night, so we had to pay for the second night as well — even though we were leaving and the booking itself was free of charge!

Pros:

Расположение. Приветливый персонал. В Ереване вообще все люди приветливые)))

Cons:

Номер похож на офис. Офисные потолки и светильники, пластиковая белая дверь, замутненное окно на улицу без возможности открыть окно. Запах канализации при отсутствии возможности проветрить. Завтрак это просто чашка гречки, капуста и чай, и все.

La.colazione è stata mediocre.

La pulizia stanza (mai cambiati asciugamani), formiche nella stanza,stanza senza finestre.in seguito a tazza del caffè rotta ci hanno fatto pagare €10.colazione mediocre.inoltre il check-in è stato ritardato perché la stanza non era pronta.pessimo servizo al cliente.doccia perdeva acqua.

Κόπηκαν κόκκαλα μας πάνω στα κρεβάτια αναπαυτικά.

Cons:

Τα κρεβάτια ήταν χάλια καθαριότητα στο μπάνιο. Το πρόγευμα ήταν άθλιο. Τα τέσσερα αστέρια πρέπει να του τα έδωσε κάποιος φίλος του. Δεν είχε καθαριότητα δωματίου κάθε μέρα.

Pros:

Отличный , чистый отель. Хорошее расположение в центре, всё в пешей доступности. Отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал.

Cons:

Не хватала воздуха в номере, так как нет окон. И вторая проблема -это звукоизоляция. Наш номер находился рядом в холле,где есть бар и ресепшен. Люди сидели , разговаривали до часу ночи и позже. Поэтому выспаться было не реально.
