Pros:

The hotel is at the prime location at Madinah very near to Masjid e Nabwi. The hotel was neat and clean and room service is very good.

Cons:

The staff os very slow at the reception. It takes almost 1 and a half for them to entertain my request.
●○● Never arrive before 04 PM other else you need to wait after 04 also ●○●
I got the keys of my room at 06 PM after waitong for one and a half hour.

I will book it again and again
Pros:

I liked that's it's so near from the masjid.the value for money is crazy. Also the staff was nice and friendly. Reception staff was nice and cooperative. Simon also was helpful and cooperative.
Its also near restaurants and accessories, clothes shops
