Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

wir waren vom 26.07. bis zum 03.08. als Familie mit zwei Erwachsenen und einem Kind im Royal Wings Antalya Lara.

Leider waren wir mit unserem Aufenthalt nicht zufrieden, insbesondere aufgrund der Poolanlage. Das Wasser im Pool war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts extrem kalt, sodass wir den Pool praktisch nicht nutzen konnten. Wir sind ausschließlich Poolschwimmer und nutzen den Pool nicht nur zum kurzen Abkühlen. Aufgrund der sehr niedrigen Wassertemperatur war ein längerer Aufenthalt im Wasser für uns nicht möglich.

Wir haben das Problem während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach beim Hotel angesprochen und darauf hingewiesen, dass die Poolanlage aufgrund der kalten Wassertemperatur für uns nicht nutzbar ist. Leider wurde trotz unserer Beschwerden nichts unternommen und die Situation hat sich nicht verbessert.

Da die Poolanlage für uns ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der gebuchten Hotelanlage und unseres Urlaubs war, konnten wir einen großen Teil der angebotenen Anlage leider nicht nutzen. Gerade bei einem Familienurlaub in einem Resort dieser Kategorie ist es für uns nicht nachvollziehbar, dass trotz mehrfacher Beschwerden keine Abhilfe geschaffen wurde.

Wir bitten Sie daher, unsere Beschwerde zu prüfen und uns eine angemessene Lösung bzw. Entschädigung für die erhebliche Einschränkung während unseres Aufenthalts anzubieten.

Pros:

The rate was highly than the property
There is more hotels better than royal wings and less rate

Cons:

The room was hot and the food is same every day and the show is less than we expected they didn’t invest more poor quality also the party day was not professional

Perfect vacation
Pros:

The stay at the hotel was amazing from A-Z
I like the range of aquapark slides which is suitable for all ages, the staff were all kind and helpful
The room is beautiful and clean
The food was yummy especially the raspberry cheesecake (a must try)
The shows at the hotel were done by professional and talented staff
The swimming pools are amazing
The beach is sooooo beautiful
Everything is perfect

Incroyable
Pros:

Le service et les infrastructures au top du top de A à Z incroyable comme hôtel je compte revenir l’année prochaine il sont très serviable toujours à l’écouter et toujours prêt pour vous piscine extérieur énorme et très propre plage propre tout pour passer un séjour en détente
Et un grand merci au Barman Gohkan et la barman Emine qui sont top

Cons:

Les petits vendeurs embas qui affiche des prix bien plus élever que la moyenne alors que en face de l’hôtel vous avez des magasins mais bon voilà dommage seul petit note négatif on va dire le reste au top

Goede hotel maar barmannen waardeloos
Pros:

Barmannen proberen vrouwelijke gasten te fixen. Laat je vrouw of dochter daarom liever niet alleen. Ik hoorde van een andere hotelgast dat barmannen zelfs meisjes van 11 à 12 jaar aanspraken en om hun WhatsApp of social media vroegen. Iets soortgelijks heb ik zelf ook een keer meegemaakt met mijn vrouw toen ze alleen was. Voor de rest was het een prima hotel.
