A decent budget hotel with a convenient location and friendly staff, but the room maintenance could be improved.
Pros:

Considering it is a budget hotel, it offers good value for money. The location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and plenty of food stalls within walking distance. Free roadside parking is also available, which was helpful. The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay.

Cons:

The room had an unpleasant smell despite the presence of air freshener. The bed frame was noisy and made creaking sounds whenever I sat or lay on it. The bathroom bidet was also faulty; it detached from the hose when the water was turned on, likely due to high water pressure. Upon inspection, it appeared that the bidet had been repaired previously instead of being replaced, and the issue had not been properly resolved.
