Great location and beautiful design even if offering is quite basic.
Pros:

Beautiful building and really nicely decorated. We really liked our room, which was bright and airy. Shower had great water pressure. It was helpful to have an Ecobici station right outside the property.

Cons:

Didn’t have much in the way of facilities - no pool, no gym, had to ask reception or bar every time we wanted some more filtered water (might be good to have a filtered water tap in a common area).
Although breakfast was included it was not very generous - the breakfast taco whilst nice was a single taco which isn’t really enough for a breakfast. Pastries weren’t included (although the hotel had a nice looking selection) only bread with jam.

Confortable, in a quiet but chic neighbourhood, and staff were friendly

The design was sleek and stylish but still paid homage to the building’s history. Great base to explore Condesa and Roma Norte.

Brilliant and caring hotel
Pros:

The staff went out of their way to make us feel comfortable, safe & for us to have an enjoyable stay. It is such a peaceful and beautiful boutique hotel, with a real sense of genuine care for the experience of their guests. We would highly recommend staying there, and we will definitely be back again!

Ein rundum perfektes Hotel, dass wir jeder Zeit wieder buchen würden.
Pros:

Wir haben uns auf Anhieb sehr wohl gefühlt und hoffen, dass wir bald wieder Gäste in diesem wunderbaren Hotel sein dürfen!

Wonderful stylish boutique hotel!
Pros:

Location was excellent. Loved the style and decor. Staff was super helpful in organizing transport, carrying luggage (no lift) and giving advice.

Cons:

No lift, it wasn't a big inconvenience. Know that some rooms don't have a view, but that's due to the orientation of the building wedged in-between other buildings in an urban setting.

Cute hotel in a great area
Pros:

great area, good breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

Although the room had been renovated, some outdated details remained visible. The windows and door did not feel secure and could be opened too easily.

Had a very restful stay at Casa Cuenca. The location is unbeatable and rooms are very comfortable.
Pros:

Very comfortable bed and excellent showers. The design is excellent.

Cons:

Some noise at night but closing the windows took care of most of the noise.

Wonderful four night stay in a beautiful hotel.
Pros:

I loved the design of my room and the way character of the building. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed Emiliano’s cocktails. The location of the hotel in La Condesa is prefect; it’s a beautiful part of the city.
