Сподобалось тільки спа
Pros:

Номер комфортний, чистий і має все необхідне. Окремо хочу відзначити спа-зону — це чудове місце для повного розслаблення. Розташування готелю також дуже зручне, все поруч

Cons:

Загалом готель непоганий: номер комфортний, локація зручна, а сам спа-комплекс сподобався. Проте сервіс та організація абсолютно не відповідають 5 зіркам.
На ресепшені не пояснили правила роботи спа. Ми зібрали речі, але виявилося, що потрапити туди можна лише до 12:00, а далі потрібно виселитися і заходити заново. Якби нас попередили заздалегідь, ми б пішли раніше. Персонал навіть не намагався допомогти — довелося лише бігати й витрачати час.
У номері не було кондиціонера для волосся. На ресепшені відповіли, що готель «бореться з пластиком». Що заважає повісити дозатор поруч із шампунем — незрозуміло. Натомість мені просто запропонували піти й купити кондиціонер у спа. «Чудова» клієнтоорієнтованість.
Окрім цього, номер вже застарілий, а сніданки дуже посередні як для 5 зірок.
