Современный отель, вкусное питание, отличный персонал.

Кратко: отличный отель, удобно расположен, очень приветливый персонал

РАСПОЛОЖЕНИЕ. Расположен относительно недалеко от центра и от моря (с точки зрения вида из окна). Рядом есть банкомат, много кафе и ресторанов, цветочный магазин (нам был нужен) в шаговой доступности.
ПАРКОВКА. Своей парковки у отеля нет. Мы арендовали машину, которую припарковали на уличной парковке возле отеля - в этом помогли ребята с рецепции.
НОМЕРА. Просторный номер, удобная кровать. Попросили номер на этаже повыше с видом на море - нам его любезно предоставили.
ОТЕЛЬ. Современный отель, приятное оформление, на этажах кулер с очень вкусной водой.
ПЕРСОНАЛ. Очень вежливый и отзывчивый, ребята помогали по любым вопросам и с любыми просьбами - однозначно сильная сторона отеля. У дочери был день рождения, утром ей подарили красивый торт - было очень приятно.
ПИТАНИЕ. Завтрак: отличный шведский стол - яйца на заказ, овощи, фрукты, каши, выпечка, колбасы, мясо, сладкое, кофемашина. Ресторан на верхнем этаже - вкусно, отличный вид на город и приемлемо по ценам.
ОБЩЕЕ ВПЕЧАТЛЕНИЕ. Выбором остались довольны, однозначно посетим при возможности ещё раз.

Poor value for money and disappointing service
The rooms were not spacious, the Wi-Fi was painfully slow, and basic amenities like bottled water in the room were missing (we had to refill from a dispenser in the corridor). There was no luggage assistance available upon arrival. Furthermore, the breakfast was highly overpriced for what was offered. To top it off, few of their staff were unfriendly. As guests of Asian Indian heritage, we felt treated with a noticeable lack of respect compared to others.

L'hotel ha un buonissimo profumo, materasso comodissimo e colazione ottima

Cons:

Non c'è stato modo di cambiare i cuscini che erano veramente troppo alti. La posizione non è male, si trova in alto rispetto al centro e al mare. La metro non è vicinissima e a piedi c'è da fare una bella camminata. Noi abbiamo sempre utilizzato il Bolt per ca. 3 euro.

Отличный сервис и очень отзывчивый персонал. Отдельная благодарность Раулю за помощь с активацией повербанка. Несмотря на позднее время и окончание своей смены, он не оставил меня без помощи и довел вопрос до конца. Большое спасибо за профессионализм и доброжелательность!

Cons:

Очень маленький тренажерный зал с минимальным количеством оборудования и некомфортной температурой. Также отсутствует помощь с багажом: на входе нет персонала, поэтому тяжелые чемоданы приходится нести самостоятельно. Это создает неудобства.
