Pros:

Beautiful little castle and surrounding park. With modern rooms but in old style. Would gladly return if we are in the neighborhood. Luxurious feeling. Dinner was very (very?) good, and the service. No subtle emotional pressure to e.g. take dessert or more to drink.

Cons:

However dinner was a tiny bit too expensive. I would want to come a little bit closer to gastronomical bliss for the price.

Excellent short stay , very polite staff and the owners were very helpful.
Pros:

Room was good .Breakfast was ok plenty of choice. Parking was on Hotel land and secure with a pass code to get in and out HOW EVER on the 3rd morning I discovered my car had considerable damage .I asked the hotel owners to please check their CCTV to identify how this happened BUT was told the CCTV is not working although signs everywhere say it has surveillance cameras. The damage will cost me at least £1000 as the inconsiderate driver left that morning confirmed by another French visitor who saw the whole event from his window .The hotel owners apologised and said this has never happened in the 18 years they had been running it. Our holiday was obviously ruined because of this. Perhaps the Hotel should register all visitors vehicles registration numbers with their room number as this is clearly not done at the moment .

Cons:

The lack of CCTV NOT working in the car park , proven when my car was damage by another guest, although the hotel clearly states the CCTV IS working .
