das Hotel war in Booking mit 4 Sterne gekennzeichnet und nicht dementsprechend Service angeboten.
Pros:

Bei der Buchung war Arcotel mit 4 Sterne gekennzeichnet. Man geht davon aus, dass eine Flasche Mineralwasser mindesten inbegriffen Ist.
Also kein Wasser und der Kühlschank war auch ohne kostenpflichtige Getränke!
Dies bezüglich habe ich an der Rezeption angesprochen, wie es sein kann, dass die 4 Sterne Hotel nicht einmal Begrüßungswasser im Zimmer gestellt hat. Die Antwort war, dass die 4 Sterne Hotel gegenüber ist und nicht hier gemeint ist!!???

Cons:

schlechte Service (keine Getränke im Zimmer, weder kostenpflichtig noch kostenfrei Getränke.

Frühstück war gut

Cons:

Beim Empfang gab es von der jungen Dame erst mal eine Ansage dass alle Zimmer auf einen Namen gebucht wurden, was bei Booking so war, bevor wir begrüßt wurden.
Geht sicher auch anders.

Solo posizione logistica , Eccellente , resto Pessimo
Pros:

Sulla colazione non fatta in Hotel.
Unico punto forte , posizione a due passi dal Danubio, eccellente

Cons:

1) rapporto col Cliente
2) richieste fatte ma solo dopo il Vs interessamento , c'è stata proposta il cambio di Stanza ( richiesta fatta appena arrivati il 04/09/26 ore 14,45) non fatta perché mancavo solo una notte .
In compenso per non aver fatto il cambio ( penso a loro vantaggio)
non ci è stata per niente fatta la stanza come pulizie e cambio asciugamani.
Tant'è che ho trovato per fortuna un inserviente che è stato gentile a farmi solo il cambio degli asciugamani ( parlo della Stanza 208)

Posizione eccellente, vista diretta sul Danubio, centro vicino (la città non è grande e percorribile anche a piedi), comoda fermata del bus per la stazione o altro. A fianco una splendida piscina pubblica e un centro sportivo

Cons:

L'aria condizionata regolabile sarebbe da considerare, visto l'aumento delle temperature estive

Amazing!
Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet area, with easy access and parking nearby.

We were welcomed by a very beautiful hotel staff member. She was professional, polite, and friendly.

Everything was great. The room was spacious and had an amazing view of the river and the city.

The pillows were very comfortable, and the bed linen was really nice. The morning view of the city and the river was simply unforgettable.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back!

Pros:

Sehr gutes Frühstück, Lage direkt an der Donau schön, von den oberen Stockwerken super Ausblick.
Beim Check In wurde von der Mitarbeiterin ohne Aufpreis ein Zimmer mit besserem Ausblick angeboten.
