dobry hotel
Pros:

Przemiła recepcjonistka Maja pomogła we wszystkim. Nie było problemu żeby zmienić pokój na inny. W pokoju czysto, łóżka wygodne. Personel w recepcji mówi po angielsku. Blisko do metra i autobusu. Nieopodal hotelu sporo restauracji.

Cons:

Przydałoby się odmalować ściany w pokoju. Śniadanie takie sobie tzn. niby codziennie coś innego na ciepło np jajecznica lub omlet ale wszystko bardzo tłuste. Wędlina okropnej jakości, za to sery i warzywa rewelacja. Kawa z ekspresu za dopłatą. Do picia tylko woda lub herbata. W salaterkach z sałatka i miskach z płatkami brakowało łyżek, trzeba było nakładać swoimi sztućcami. Z tostera grzanki trzeba było wyjmować widelcem(brak szczypców). Generalnie śniadanie robiło wrażenie że ktoś wyjął produkty, rozłożył na półmiskach, i ...to wszystko. Przez to czuł się człowiek lekko zagubiony bo nie do końca było wiadomo co jest grane.

Very bad hotel
Pros:

In the pictures the hotel looks good. In reality the hotel is really not good. The rooms are not bad at all. The bed and pillows are the worst. Breakfast? No omelette, no cheese, no vegetables, no cornflakes.

Cons:

We didn't like anything. The entrance to the hotel is abandoned and dirty. You have to climb stairs with your luggage to get to the elevator. Late at night there was a homeless man sleeping on the stairs.

Wonderful Stay and Outstanding Service
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience and would absolutely rate this place 10/10. The customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. The person who checked us in was amazing, went above and beyond, and even came downstairs to help with my luggage which we truly appreciated.

The rooms were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Everything exceeded our expectations and we honestly have no complaints at all. We would gladly stay here again.

מלון גרוע ביותר
Pros:

לא אהבנו כלום הכל היה תת רמה לא אנושי

Cons:

הכניסה למלון מתחת לכל בקורת. מלוכלכת ומוזנחת ממש עלוב. בחדר לא היו מים חמים להתקלח במשך כל השהיה. מרפסת מגעילה מוזנחת ומלוכלכת. ארוחת הבוקר עדיף שלא נדבר על זה. לא היה מה לאכול.
