Beautiful homestay and Renuka is a very friendly and helpful host who makes you feel at home.

I had such a lovely stay here! The host was incredibly kind, warm, and accommodating. She prepared a delicious breakfast for me and even made a wonderful dinner. We also had lovely conversations, which made me feel very welcome and at home.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice hot shower. And as a cat lover, I especially loved her beautiful cat! 🐱❤️

The location is also great — not too far from the tourist attractions and the beach, while being only about 30 minutes from the airport, which is very convenient.

I especially recommend this place for solo travellers, but it’s a lovely choice for anyone visiting Negombo. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! ❤️

L’établissement est un petit coin de verdure, à l’abris de la circulation. Renuka notre hôte est adorable! Nous avons profité d’un bon repas chez elle après notre long trajet en avion. Les enfants se sont sentis comme à la maison!
La maison est éloignée des lieux touristiques de Negombo, mais en un tour de tuk tuk, on arrive rapidement au centre de Negombo

The host Renuka, is lovely. A real feeling of being welcomed to her home on my arrival in Sri Lanka. The room is comfortable and the neighborhood is quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to town, definitely doable or you can easily get a Tuktuk. Renuka knows the area well, gives good information, helpful in arranging Ayurvedic treatments and taxi to your next destination.

Ersten Abend mehr als herzlich in Empfang genommen. Wir haben ein leckeres Abendessen und Frühstück zubereitet bekommen, außerdem hat sie uns ganz viel über ihr Land erzählt und Tipps gegeben.
Das Haus ist in einem wunderschönen Garten gelegen, hier wachsen Kokospalmen, Mangobäume und vieles mehr.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de bienveillance, Renuke est très souriante joyeuse et sympathique. L'endroit est parfait pour une dernière nuit avant de reprendre l'avion.Renuke nous a pris rdv pour un très bon massage à prix très correct , réservé le taxi pour l'aéroport, préparé un bon petit déjeuner avec du riz au coco miam , et un dîner copieux et goûteux.Que du bonheur dans cette guesthouse 🥰 .

Le confort de la maison, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire, le calme.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren aufenthalt bei renuka. Ich habe die ersten zwei nächte nach meiner ankunft bei ihr verbracht und habe mich sofort wie zu hause gefühlt. Ihr haus und der grüne garten mit bequemer terrasse sind eine oase und liegen in einem ruhigen quartier. Das zentrum von negombo erreicht man gut mit pick me oder mit dem fahrrad, das ich von der nachbarin mieten konnte. Ein fahrrad eignet sich sehr gut, um die gegend zu er-fahren und tempel, kirchen, fishmarkt, strand oder das ruhige waikkal zu besuchen oder um einfach in den kontakt mit der sehr freundlichen bevölkerung zu kommen. Am besten an meinem aufenthalt hat mir jedoch der kontakt mit renuka selbst gefallen. Ich habe sie als sehr offene und interessierte gesprächspartnerin erlebt und habe den austausch mit ihr sehr geschätzt. Sie wurde in diesen zwei tagen fast wie eine freundin, an die ich bei meiner weiterreise sehr gerne denke. Sie hat mir auch eine wunderbare ayurveda-massage organisiert und hat mich für meine weiterreise mit dem zug unterstützt. Was für ein perfekter start in sri lanka! Ich gehe sicher wieder zu ihr, wenn ich zurück in negombo bin. Danke für alles, renuka!

Camera ampia, pulita in una casa stupenda.l in una zona tranquilla vicina al mare. La proprietaria è una persona splendida e ti fa sentire a casa. Su richiesta la cena e il servizio lavanderia. Consiglio davvero questo posto!

We arrived at midnight after our flight and there had been a mix up with the booking from Booking.com’s end. The owner was not expecting us but she went out of her way to make a comfortable room and breakfast for us. We only stayed one night but would definitely return.

quiet location, very nice garden and cosy house and room. Renuka is very welcoming and always around to help with getting food or organizing a massage nearby.

Ranuka is the most amazing host. She is warmhearted and takes good care of all the guests. You really have the feeling to be part of a family while being there. When we have the opportunity, we definitely come back.

Renuka is like my mum in Sri Lanka. She took care of everything I needed when I was staying with her. She has such a big kind heart. Her place is simple but very clean.

We found this place as pure luck and fell in love with the place but most of with the lovely, super kind and hospitable host: Renuka, who welcomed us with lovely Sri Lankan tea, a star fruit and happily shared her time with us having a nice chat and offering us tips and advice on what-to-do's and where-to-go's.
We were offered a comfortable room upstairs, with a nice view on beautifully kept garden.
The place is so peaceful, arranged with taste and great care about even small details. It is so relaxing and feels so much at home.
Next time in Negombo I'm not even going to waste a second searching for accommodation options - the perfect one, the Holy Grail has been found!

I loved my stay with Renuka so much that I will always carry those few days deep in my heart.
The house is a magical, green paradise. I loved every bits of it and I relaxed deeply from the moment I arrived. It is ina quiet neighbourhood, very close to the beach and also very safe.
Personally, what I liked the most about my stay was Renuka herself. From the first moment she made me feel welcomed and right at home. I cherish that sooo much. Her homecooked meals warmed my heart, whether at breakfast or dinner, always so fresh, healthy and tasty. She even made my laundry, and the clothes came back spotless, warm and smelling so good. Renuka, I thank you with all my heart and hope to see you again one day! So much love to you and beloved Milky
