Pros:

It is cool, no interdictions, welcoming the guests. Breakfast was good , room was comfortable.

Cons:

Bathroom needed a refresh. Parking not big enough for the number of cars. Breakfast room to noisy and crowded.

I am very disappointed, paid extra cost for a room with sea view, but finally didn’t get. The hotel is far from the ocea

Excellent hotel I highly recommend.
Pros:

The location, friendly staff, breakfast was delicious with a large selection of hot and cold options. The pool and cafeteria nearby were perfect as was the free poolside towels which other hotels do not offer. Checkout was a breeze. Staff genuinely cared about your stay and corrected any issues. Our hotel was not ready at 3pm and we all received a complimentary bar drink as we waited. They also upgraded our room so we had the view of the Castle and marina. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Cons:

Parking is very limited. Be prepared to leave your car during your stay or risk loosing your onsite parking spot. The pillows are very big and hard and as a result I had to sleep without a pillow which is not ideal. Also, we had 3 people in our room and only provided towels for two, not a big deal, they quickly corrected the issue.

Pros:

Location is amazing. Staff is very nice. Room was big and with spectacular view. Swimming pool is very nice. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Lifts are slow and exit stairs are not well marked, especially for emergency exits. When arriving at ground floor you exit to a Service corridor where I was instructed to go back to reception by using the lift. The person told me that the exit was locked! However, another one then opened it by pushing and shoving the doors after I insisted I wanted to exit by foot.

Personal muy amable y atento. La ubicación es muy buena, está a medio camino del centro y de la boca del infierno.

Cons:

La limpieza de la habitacion no era muy buena. Solo hacían las camas y limpiaban el baño. Pero no dejaban bien las toallas.
