The property is at good location.

Cons:

Owner is not good. Asking 200 deposit for the remote . The behaviour is not good that how to talk with the people. Rowdily he talked and make u uncomfortable.

Pros:

They expressed some anomaly in pricing: so they demanded rs400 extra ; after bargain, I paid rs200/= . There were mosquitoes which disturbed the sleep. They could have provided some repellent.
