Sehr gute Lage mit direkter Anbindung an Zug und Metro. Das Personal ist äußerst freundlich, aufmerksam, höflich und stets hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich jederzeit willkommen und gut betreut.

Ein besonderes Dankeschön geht an Omar an der Rezeption. Er war sehr freundlich, professionell und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Sein hervorragender Service hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Ich kann dieses Hotel gerne weiterempfehlen und würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Todo muy bien. Omar un 10/10! Nos ayudó y nos resolvió cualquier duda. Siempre atento y servicial. La habitación era nueva y estaba todo limpio. Nosotros sacamos los tours por nuestra cuenta antes de sacar esta reserva de hotel, pero recomiendo que saquen los tours con Omar!

Our stay at Mamma Marya Hotel was excellent and fully met our expectations. The staff was absolutely perfect — very kind, helpful, and professional throughout our entire stay.

We especially appreciated that we were allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time, which made our journey much more comfortable. On top of that, we received a complimentary room upgrade, which was a very pleasant surprise and significantly improved our experience.

Overall, we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable during our stay. If we return to this area again, we will definitely choose this hotel once more. We can highly recommend it.

The only small detail is that the beds are a bit on the soft side, as I personally prefer a firmer mattress.
