Pros:

I highly recommend it. As many people have already mentioned, the staff is top-notch—especially Mr. Omar.

The hotel also offers rooms with a view of the Sea of Marmara.

There are plenty of shops in the area where you can buy almost anything.

Clean comfortable room in a great location
Pros:

The property is in a great location close to Yenikapi metro station, the shopping bazaar, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque and lots of places to eat. The room was clean and comfortable with lots of storage space for clothes with fridge and kettle also provided. Omar and the restnof the staff were friendly and helpful, l would stay here again.

Pros:

The owner, Barand, and the staff were great and very helpful. They suggested good tours and gave us directions to many places. They have a family restaurant nearby where the food was delicious and the service was also very nice and polite. They have a fresh fruits platter that is worth a try.
At the hotel, they made a taxi réservation for us that was punctual and safe. There is a métro station very close to move around also. Price/quality correct. Very clean place.

Cons:

Front steps are high - not too suitable for disabled guests, although the staff is helpful

Tenía todo lo necesario para mis días en Estambul.
Pros:

Me gusta el lugar porque es muy acogedor, tiene vista al mar, es una habitación pequeña pero perfecta, céntrica y limpia.

Cons:

Es un poco pequeña, pero en absoluto para 1 o 2 personas está bien, si van a pasar solo la noche ahí.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Good location, nice people, clean place, easy access to shops and transport system (train n taxi)…very friendly staff…Omar the receptionist was exceptional ~ a very helpful guy

Pros:

The location was convenient and easy to access from Kumkapi station and very walkable to the city center. Omar was very hospitable and kind.

The keylock is hard to remove the key out.
