Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt. Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alle elektrischen Geräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Der Rezeptionist Omar ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat uns direkt mit jede Kleinigkeit geholfen.

The staff were very helpful. They arranged a taxi at a lower price for me. Omar was particularly helpful and kind.
Pros:

The staff were exceptionally helpful and went out of their way to assist me. They even helped arrange a taxi at a reduced rate, which was a wonderful touch.

Omar deserves special mention for his outstanding service and attention to detail.

It was central

Cons:

Everything the room was tiny I couldn't move inside it.
Cleaner is there when you need her but the cleaning itself was rubbish
Tried to change my room but the manager kept saying tomorrow after tomorrow but he didn't keep his word.
The only one who was trying to help is Omar.
I thank him very much for that

موقع الفندق في حي سكني شعبي قديم جداً صعوبة الوصول له والحركه فيه الدرج الذي يدخل للفندق جداً مرتفع غير مناسب وفيه خطوره

Für einen Stadtaufenthalt perfekt, da wir nur zum Schlafen dort waren.
Pros:

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis (es gab ein upgrade auf ein Dreibettzimmer, sodass jeder ein eigenes Bett hatte). Gute Lage, Basics da, sauber, top Anbindung an ÖPNV und Geschäfte / Lokale. Sehr gute Tipps an der Rezeption auf Nachfrage.

Cons:

Zimmer war etwas dunkel und einfach. Aber da wir uns wenig vor Ort aufgehalten haben, hat es uns nicht gestört.

The area that the hotel was in looked safe and the safe were very friendly and helpful. Especially Omar, who was helpful in everything we needed and giving us ideas of what to do during our stay
