We booked this for the pool table however when we got back to there o Saturday night at 8.45 hoping to have a few games with out kids it was all locked up so pretty pointless having the bar if it's not open

Location was great for town centre.
Staff and other guests friendly
I was travelling alone with my 4 year old Daughter and I felt safe and welcome in the property.

Cons:

Room was too hot, but I don't think I can blame the hotel as we were in the middle of the heatwave.

Staff were lovely- the manager was so chatty and was so nice. Location was good too in terms of near the centre

Cons:

The street was a bit scruffy- we went with 3 kids and walked out to loads of adult nappies left outside on the street (this isn’t the fault of the hotel).
Would suggest for the hotel to improve- a lamp in the room, the shower doors fell off when we tried to use it, tea/ coffee facilities but no milk saucheys so cou

Cheap stay, you get what you pay
Pros:

Within walking distance of the Opera House and town centre.

Cons:

There was no hot water or soap. I was only staying for one night so I can't complain too much.
