Beautiful apartment in the center of Madrid!
Pros:

Thank you so much for a comfortable stay in the very center of Madrid! The location is excellent—everything you need and the main attractions are within walking distance. The apartment is cozy, clean, and very well-equipped. A special thanks to the staff: extremely helpful, and all our requests were handled instantly! We would gladly stay here again.

Pros:

Hay muchas ubicaciones buenas en Madrid, esta sin duda es una de ellas, a 10 minutos andando de Cibeles, La Chueca, Puerta del Sol y a 15/20 minutos de Salamanca o de la estacion Callao en la Gran Vía. El apartamento es muy comodo y se encuentra muy bien equipado para lo que uno guste. La calle Almirante esta llena de boutiques de autor y por supuesto al alcance de bares y restaurantes. Y es de destacar la comunicacion permanente desde que hicimos la reserva meses atras, en primer lugar recibimos un video del departamento, un gran detalle para conocer donde ibamos a estar. En los dias previos la comunicación para que sepamos como ingresar (un proceso de check in check out sencillo y eficiente). El proceso de registracion se hizo a traves de WAP un par de dias antes, todo esta pensado para que uno disfrute su estadia sin trabas. Por ultimo la calidad de servicio de Yolanda, que siempre esta atenta a todo lo que uno pueda necesitar. Los apartementos cuentan con un espacio para dejar las valijas bajo llave, que facilita tanto un ingreso temprano como un late check out.

Really great stay, would recommend if you are visiting Madrid.
Pros:

The location for Madrid was really good, it was in close proximity to really nice bars and restaurants and a short walk into the centre of Madrid.

Cons:

Nothing, getting into the apartment was really easy as was getting into the apartment.

Mi casa en el corazón de Madrid!
Pros:

La ubicación, está cerca de Todo y del metro! La comodidad del departamento: está cada detalle pensado! Tiene lavadora! Y la atención de Yolanda invaluable, nos permitió dejar antes las valijas y nos consiguió un taxi, además de darnos las indicaciones necesarias. Es muy fácil, tanto el check in como el check out. Recomendable!

Unhöflichste Gastgeberin, die ich je erlebt habe

Gute Lage, sauber & leise

Cons:

Der Umgang der Gastgeberin mit uns war unter aller Kritik. Wir haben sie um mehr Toilettenpapier gebeten (wird auf Booking bei Ausstattung extra angegeben?!) und sie hat uns darauf sehr unhöflich geantwortet, dass dies kein Hotel sei und wir uns selbst um Nachschub kümmern sollten. Sie hätte uns ausnahmsweise ein Video geschickt, um zu zeigen wo noch Nachschub wäre, dazu ist es jedoch nicht gekommen. Also mussten wir selbst eines besorgen. Die Art und Weise, wie mit uns kommuniziert wurde war wirklich unhöflich, dann wurde mir vorgeworfen ich wäre per Telefon nicht erreichbar und sie wird mich bei Booking melden, da ihr Kommunikation per Mail zu umständlich ist?! Dabei wollten wir einfach nur ein bisschen Klopapier haben. Sehr eigenartig... So einen derart unprofessionellen Umgang mit Gästen habe ich noch nie erlebt.
