Mi casa en el corazón de Madrid!
Pros:

La ubicación, está cerca de Todo y del metro! La comodidad del departamento: está cada detalle pensado! Tiene lavadora! Y la atención de Yolanda invaluable, nos permitió dejar antes las valijas y nos consiguió un taxi, además de darnos las indicaciones necesarias. Es muy fácil, tanto el check in como el check out. Recomendable!

Fue una experiencia maravillosa. Muy limpio, céntrico y una relación calidad-precio inmejorable. He de destacar la atención de Yolanda, un absoluto amor. Repetiré sin duda.

Unhöflichste Gastgeberin, die ich je erlebt habe

Gute Lage, sauber & leise

Cons:

Der Umgang der Gastgeberin mit uns war unter aller Kritik. Wir haben sie um mehr Toilettenpapier gebeten (wird auf Booking bei Ausstattung extra angegeben?!) und sie hat uns darauf sehr unhöflich geantwortet, dass dies kein Hotel sei und wir uns selbst um Nachschub kümmern sollten. Sie hätte uns ausnahmsweise ein Video geschickt, um zu zeigen wo noch Nachschub wäre, dazu ist es jedoch nicht gekommen. Also mussten wir selbst eines besorgen. Die Art und Weise, wie mit uns kommuniziert wurde war wirklich unhöflich, dann wurde mir vorgeworfen ich wäre per Telefon nicht erreichbar und sie wird mich bei Booking melden, da ihr Kommunikation per Mail zu umständlich ist?! Dabei wollten wir einfach nur ein bisschen Klopapier haben. Sehr eigenartig... So einen derart unprofessionellen Umgang mit Gästen habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Spacious, immaculate unit in excellent location
Pros:

Excellent central location in Madrid city center. The unit was spotless and contained everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Excelente estadía
Pros:

Es un excelente alojamiento, ubicado a pocas cuadras de la Gran Vía. El departamento es muy cómodo y las instalaciones son más que suficientes para una estadía impecable.

Cons:

La luz natural no es la mejor por ubicarse en un primer piso, pero es un detalle muy menor.

Pros:

The location is just perfect, close to metro/trains and bus stations. Everything in walking distance, great shops, coffee spots and bakeries etc. Perfect to visit Madrid on foot. Place itself had everything you may need, even to work if required, this is not a place you hang it in though, you sleep there and then go and copnquer the city! Yolanda took care of every step of our visit, even getting us our own locker for luggage on the last day and we could always contact her at any time - do recommend!

Cons:

The bed was a bit too stiff for my back, could be softer but this is a preference. It was also a bit short, so if you are higher than 180cm you might need to curl your legs. Also, there is no view at all or balcony in the appartment but this is clearly visible on the photos - as said, you sleep there and then go enjoy the city!

Soggiorno perfetto, assolutamente consigliato!

L'appartamento è situato in una posizione centrale ma incredibilmente tranquilla. È facilissimo da raggiungere e strategicamente collegato grazie alla vicinanza di metro, autobus e numerosi ottimi ristoranti.

All'arrivo abbiamo trovato tutto pulitissimo. La cucina è super attrezzata (non manca davvero nulla) e il Wi-Fi è veloce e stabile. Molto comodo e senza stress il check-in automatico.
