部屋も清潔で、寝具も快適！
横になりながら、テレビをリラックスして見ることができた。
スタッフの方々も丁寧で、物腰柔らかく良い応対だった。
鶴岡は祖母の故郷なので、また来たときはこちらに泊まります！

思ったよりかよくなかったです。次は別のホテルにします。
Pros:

朝食は楽しみにしていましたが、満足のいくものでした。対応もよく、使い勝手がよかったです。立地条件は最高でしたし、スタッフの対応は最高でした。部屋に水のペットボトルがあり、感激でした。

Cons:

部屋が狭くて使い勝手が悪いです。水回りも換気が悪かったです。

The staff were extremely helpful and we couldn't have asked for better top points there. Beds ?
Pros:

First room was a little small and bed wasn't firm so our backs suffered so I asked for an upgrade and that was given no charge so a lovely surprise and great for the rest of our stay.
They were extremely helpful in retrieving a shoe that fell out the window 2 floors onto a roof.

Cons:

I didn't like paper cups being provided instead of china cups or mugs in the room for tea making (also no milk or earl grey tea)

システムの合理性

Cons:

基本的サービスの案内表示のわかりにくさ。
アパホテルの幹部の書籍が一番に表示されていて、施設の基本サービスを一通り理解する情報が分散されていたり、無かったりしてイラついた。
なぜアパホテルの幹部の自画自賛本を宿泊客に押し付けがましく部屋にまで展示するのか、それはけっしてユーザーフレンドリーな考え方ではない。
洗面所の水受けの栓の開閉のやり方は最後までわからなかった。
朝食サービスの案内も料金表示が強調されていて、宿泊客も追加料金を求められると理解した。
