Excellent value for money & lovely location
Pros:

Great location, clean tidy & easy to find.

Cons:

The allocated car park is really only suitable for a small car as there is a concrete column that takes up extra space. Apartment needed a clothes horse for drying clothes & some extra blankets. Dryer needs replacing due to broken rubber seal making it too noisy to be in the apartment while turned on.

Pros:

I like the property that has a better lake water view and some other areas. Two bedrooms and two bathroom was great option for family to use.

Cons:

The couch in the living room is very dusty and too low to sit on, and there is an allergy to dust. I highly recommend switching to leather couches for safety reasons, especially if you have multiple patient bookings. The showers weren't cleaned very well, and you can literally smell bleach. The bed sheets and carpet have stains. It makes us feel uncomfortable. It doesn't feel like a home holiday at all. There is some black mould on the window frames. Lastly, and also in the second room, I got a lot of new spots on my back from dirty bed sheets or bed bugs. As soon as I rest on the bed, I get itchy nonstop, and very uncomfortable, as you can feel the hard springs in it.

The location to the hospital.

Cons:

We had no TV for 2 nights but then the TV was replaced. The fridge kept leaking water. Could not use washing machine as power point was way out of reach. The balcony privacy screen made an awful, loud noise.

Good stay, helpful staff. Units relatively new and clean. Needs some minor issues fixed but would be very happy to stay

Cons:

Some minor maintenance issues. Fan in one bedroom not working, light working intermittently in the other. Chair in kitchen wobbly.

Had a lovely stay. Pity we spent most of it away from the accommodation dragon boating.
Pros:

Loved having a good size fridge and a proper kitchen. Plenty of room and great view from back verandah. Enjoyed our stay.

Cons:

Tv didn’t seem to have regular tv channels. Extra parking spot for second car would be nice.
