Ein großartiger Aufenthalt
Pros:

Ein wunderbares, großzügig angelegtes Hotel mit schönen und großen Räumen. Yucatan und Jacken waren in allen Größen vorhanden. Das Onsen war großartig, sauber und bestens ausgestattet.
Die Pflegeprodukte im ganzen Haus sind hochwertig.
Das Abendessen und das Frühstück waren reichhaltig, abwechslungsreich und köstlich.
Das Angebot an Getränken, Snacks und Eis im Lounge Bereich war gut und angenehm.

Cons:

Wir haben eine Bar vermisst.

帰るときまでは、食事、施設、温泉、スタッフ全てよかった

Cons:

実は山形駅で傘を忘れてしまいまして、傘を持っていませんでした。帰るとき、雨が降っており、バスターミナル待て10分ほど歩くため、困っていました。売店に傘は売っていなかったので、ホテルの傘を貸してもらえないかと頼みました。が、ホテルに返せないので駄目だと言われました。駄目かと思っていましたが、何かもっと親身になって相談にのってくれるかと思いましたが、とてもあっさりしていて、本当にどうしようか悲しくなりました。そこまではとても印象が良いスタッフの対応でしたので、とても残念でした。

Very nice comfortable hotel
Pros:

Looks like hotel did full renovation but only rooms. Lobby looks very outdated and old fashioned. Rooms are really great, big, clean, super comfortable. Double room is big enough for 3 person. Onsen is greate, clean and beautiful. Parking is closed to property.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet is very limited and has very few vegetation options. No room service. We arrived at 6 pm that was late to reserve the dinner. So we needed to look for the food in other places.

Pros:

It was a very comfortable, quiet place. The public and private onsens were very nice and relaxing. There was complimentary tea, coffee and juice with snacks every day, with the option to sit at a comfortable table looking out at the waterfall garden. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It's an uphill walk to get to the hotel unless you take the shuttle.

Pros:

房間很大，設備齊全。溫泉很舒服，環境、水溫、水量都很不錯。
晚餐安排了涮涮鍋，很好吃。個人因為健康因素不能飲酒，服務人員還很貼心的幫忙換成別的飲料。
飯店離纜車站很近，要到山頂非常方便。
到山形站有接駁車非常方便，要記得先預約。

お部屋はとても広く快適でした。
マッサージ機が備えてあり自由に使用でき、お得感がありました。
なんと言っても、温泉の良さですね。
気持ち良かったです。
お風呂上がりの、冷たいドリンクやアイスも最高でした。
夕食も、食べきれないほどの量でしたが、どれも美味しかったです。
朝食は、バイキングでしたがこれもまた最高でした。
大満足の一言です。
身体も心も癒されました。
