Easy and clean accommodation.
Pros:

Friendly checkin. Our room was recently updated, not high end but nice enough. Easy parking. Mostly quiet.

Cons:

Location was near the water but no real water access nearby. Rundown buildings across street. Ac was kind of weak and loud but better than nothing. The kitchenette was basic, our food stayed colder in our cooler than the fridge.
