Eu gostei muito do carinho da recepção conosco. Logo na chegada nos ofereceram bebidas. As instalações são bem limpas e o hotel é um hotel butique. O café da manhã também é ótimo

Pros:

Bilal, Naz, Mariam and all other hotel staff were very helpful and provided amazing hospitality. They were informative and helped out with booking cruises, provided information about main attractions and assisted with any other difficulties we had.
We had a wonderful time and highly recommend Doruk Palas!

Pros:

La posizione, la vista dalla camera, la simpatia e la gentilezza dello staff, in particolare Mohammed “the mister president”, Naz la “principessa persiana” e Bilel “il professore di storia”.

An exceptional hotel with wonderfully friendly and polite staff. Naz and Muhammed, in particular, were incredibly helpful and welcoming. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve ever had in Türkiye.

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Comfortable, clean, felt like home. Was a great stay from the start to end. Hotel has everything you need. Slept very well after a day of walking all over.
Staff are very welcoming and helpful with any questions. Friendly and made the stay great.
Location was convenient and close to many restaurants.
Airport transfer arrangements were reliable too.
Overall a lovely hotel that is highly recommended.

Great location, friendly staff, wonderful views, delicious breakfast!
Pros:

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. The staff went above and beyond to help us throughout our stay, the view from the room (401) was incredible, the breakfast was delicious and the two hotel cats were an added bonus that made the stay so wonderful. The location is excellent for getting around - close to the metro, the river, and lots of good restaurants, yet on a quiet street. We hope to be back soon!

Wonderful stay with helpful friendly staff and comfortable room with a view
Pros:

Our stay at the hotel was great due to the helpful staff especially Naz who provided information on our transportation and restaurant recommendations.
Also the delicious morning breakfast.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Really friendly hotel with great staff
Pros:

Amazing, friendly staff who did all they could to make the stay a good one. The room had a great view across to the old city. Close to Galata tower so you can quickly be in the heart of the Europa part of the city.

Cons:

The location was ok, but not particularly attractive opposite a building site (not one that was being worked on while we were there, so no noise issues).

Un bon hôtel que je recommande avec un personnel très serviable et à l’écoute
Pros:

Le personnel était très aimable, arrangeant et réactif !
Le petit déjeuner local très bon !
L’emplacement au calme mais proche des activités

Cons:

Dans la chambre triple delux, le 3eme lit Esr un canapé déplié donc pas très confortable
Nous avons entendu nos voisins qui étaient assez bruyants
