The location- very close to main street and to a major attraction- Galata tower.

Osoblje je iznimno uslužno i ljubazno, spremni su pomoći bilo kad i oko bilo čega. Ako želite nekog lokalnog za savjete ili samo radi razgovora, tu su za vas, a opet ako vas to ne interesira, neće vas zamarati.
Hotel je jako uredan i čist, u blizini metroa, tramvaja i autobusa kojima se može brzo stići do svih glavnih turističkih atrakcija (20ak min do većine atrakcija), a ujedno je u iznimno mirnoj i sigurnoj četvrti.
Sobe imaju sve što je potrebno (klima uređaj, TV, fen za kosu, šamponi i gelovi...), svaki dan se čiste sobe i mijenjaju ručnici. Doručak je tradiocionalni turski, ali imaju i klasičnu hranu (američke palačinke, muessli, džemovi...).
U neposrednoj blizini hotela su razni restorani brze hrane (tradicionalno turske poput bureka, fileta ribe u wrapu ili kruhu, kebab...). Također od hotela ima 15ak minuta hoda do modernijih umjetničkih kvartova poput Çukurcuma, Cihangir koji imaju antikne trgovine, zanimljive kafiće i sl. Udaljen je samo 10ak minuta hoda od Galata tornja od kojeg se može produžiti do poznate šoping Iștiklal ulice te Taksima.
Sve u svemu, odličan izbor za odsjesti u Istanbulu!

Check in was easy and the bed was very cozy. Shower and hot water.. Breakfast was good portions and cent and you can order many things like customized coffee eggs and bread.

The location is great near most places and just next to the main road. There are no balconies and the restaurant is on the ground floor near the reception.

Excellent value and comfort for a 3 star hotel . Definitely a rebook next time in Istanbul

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, souriant et toujours disponible. Le petit-déjeuner est très bon, avec un choix varié. La vue sur le Bosphore est magnifique et rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande cet hôtel et j’y retournerais avec plaisir.

Очень понравилось расположение отеля — многие главные достопримечательности Стамбула находятся в шаговой доступности, что очень удобно для прогулок. Из номера открывался красивый вид. Номер был чистым, уютным и комфортным. Завтраки вкусные и разнообразные, а персонал очень приветливый, внимательный и всегда готов помочь.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, σε κεντρικό σημείο, κοντά σε μετρό, τραμ και λεωφορεία καθώς και σε μπαρ εστιατόρια κλπ. Ήταν πολύ βολικό ότι δε χρειαζόταν να χρησιμοποιήσουμε τα μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς για τις νυχτερινές μας εξόδους. Επιπλέον όλο το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό, πρόθυμο να μας εξυπηρετήσει με κρατήσεις σε εστιατόρια και δραστηριότητες και να μας καθοδηγήσει στο τι να επισκεφτούμε. Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πολύ καθαρό και το πρωινό πολύ καλό. Το δωμάτιο ήταν τέλειο, καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένο με υπέροχη θέα στον Κεράτιο κόλπο. Θα το συνιστούσα ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επιλέξω σίγουρα για επόμενο ταξίδι στην Κωνσταντινούπολη.

Small and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was authentic and European Delicious. Nothing was too much trouble for anyone or anything. Would highly recommend.

Really nice cozy, clean hotel. The view from room is amazing. The Galata tower is just 5 mins walking, however the hotel area is so silent, good to sleep. Also the location is central. Naz is amazing person! And the hosts are great people!

El hotel tiene una situación privilegiada, a un paso de Gálata y 10 minutos al puente Gálata y al transporte público.
Es cómodo y la atención ha sido siempre fantástica. Agradecemos mucho que siempre se han esforzado por entendernos. Recomiendo y volvería a repetir sin ninguna duda.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The hotel itself was wonderful—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. What really made my experience special, though, was the incredible staff. Mohammed, Bilal, and Naz were some of the kindest and friendliest people I’ve met. They were always welcoming, incredibly helpful, and went above and beyond whenever I needed anything. Their kindness and genuine hospitality made my stay so enjoyable. I’ll definitely be coming back, and a big reason for that is because of them. Thank you all for making my trip such a memorable one!

Hotel muito bem localizado perto da Torre de Gálata. Café da manhã típico turco, com opções de pães e ovo mexido/omelete. Meu quarto, embora relativamente pequeno, era confortável e tinha uma vista linda do Bósforo.
Mas o destaque está para os gerentes (ou proprietários, não sei) e alguns funcionários, sempre muito simpáticos, perguntando se estava tudo bem e nos recebendo com um sorriso. Definitivamente recomendo.
