Mandala Home Stay

The location of facility is great, coz we was looking for the stay near by yoga barn. This is a good place, 500 meters always from there. It’s clean and really Indonesian style.

Our host, Kiki and her husband, were extremely welcoming and provided a great place to relax after a long day of exploring Bali. My sisters and I fled in the night from another villa, so we booked this place last minute for 5 nights. Kiki and her husband were very responsive and welcomed my sisters and I to the homestay late at night and made us a great breakfast the next morning. The rooms made me feel like I was in a 5 star hotel, and the staff were always present and kind so walking into the main courtyard felt like a little sanctuary from the bustling streets of Ubud. Our rooms were cleaned every day, and any clothes that were in the laundry basket were washed, folded (and even bagged), and placed neatly on the bed. Another bonus of this place is that there are cafes and massage parlors in walking distance from the property. When I come back to Ubud, I'm definitely booking this place every single night!

This is a beautiful and gorgeous home. I was her for a night but I know the next time I come, it’ll be longer. The rooms are spacious and clean. The family that lives here is beautiful.

I stayed 4 nights here. I was welcomed late at night by the family on arrival. During my stay they kept in contact via WhatsApp to check all was ok. The room was serviced every morning and was very clean. Even though it is close to busy Ubud, the place is quiet with a peaceful garden inside the premises. I will gladly stay here again. Room is elegant yet not excessive.

Super kind hosts. Very clean and non-humid rooms, with comfortable beds, a quiet but effective AC. They refill glass bottles with clean filtered water daily for use. Excellent cleaning staff, that also has laundry service. Great supporting local businesses.

Kiki und ihr Mann sind sehr liebe Gastgeber. Sie gab uns Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflugsziele. Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt und immer Wasser nachgefüllt. Liegt zentral, alles um Ubud sehr gut fußläufig zu erreichen. Hier lässt es sich ne ganze Weile aushalten

Very central, so great when you want to explore all things downtown Ubud. Beautiful homestay. And they have clearly invested in extra quality, that you easily appreciate when you have stayed in places that didn’t. Amazing mattress, good quality cotton bedding, water boiler and coffee, towels that don’t smell, shower with good water pressure and hot water, and just generally really clean and fresh. And also your hostess Kiki, that is always around to make sure you have what you need. Thank you.

I know every Bali host is fantastic, but Kiki and Gandi are special. Kind beautiful people who take good care of their property and guests.
