Сама не поїду і вам не раджу

Коментар буде довгий, але дасть Вам розуміння чи варто їхати в цей готель.
При заселені в номер ЛЮКС (заселення було пізнє, так як їхали з іншого міста, близько 20:30-21:00) 1923 з 16.05 по 17.05 зʼясувалось, що прибирання в туалеті не проводилось. Там були жовті сліди попередніх мешканців (всі фото додаю). На ресепшині попросила все таки прибрати. Буквально через 3хв в номер вбігли дві веселі дами з баночками з шампунем, які вони радісно вручили в якості вибачення. Поведінки на початках була така, наче до мене дві куми прийшли «на поправку». Прийшли з якоюсь брудною ганчіркою І ВСЕ, і зі словами «Може я шось не добачаю,но тут всьо чисто» і поялозили цією ганчіркою. Після того як чоловік показав в чому причина і мого зауваження, що так не піде і туалет треба продезинфікувати, бо ми з дитиною і я точно дитину не посаджу туди, одна з покоївок змінила свій веселий тон, вибачилась і пішла (як потім зʼясувалося за дезинфект.засобом) а інша демонстративно і роздратовано стала терти тією ж брудною ганчіркою і досить голосно (і явно в мою адресу сказала) «СУКА»…я почула і пішла одразу знов на ресепшен
Далі вже опишу коротше події - знов ресепшен, знов скарга…до речі в якості вибачення мені пропонували на наступний раз раннє заселення (серйозно????ви думаєте я ще раз приїду до вас)
На наступний день (неділя) починаючи з 07:30ранку почали активно стукати в двері (ми ж відповідно стомлені після дороги спали). Виявилось це покоївка зайшла вибачитися і пояснити що «це вона не на мене, а на попередню прибиральницю номеру»
Щоооо???? Це взагалі нормально щоб покоївка казала «сука» в принципі в присутності мешканців? Мені треба було перепитати «ой а це ви на мене чи на кого»???? Так має бути щоб мешканець слухав (нехай навіть за їх версією підемо) що якась інша покоївка «сука»??? Що це за театр абсурду????
НУ І ТЕПЕР ПРО САМ ГОТЕЛЬ
територія велика, але для того щоб запаркувати автомобіль трохи покружляли. За парковку якщо ти мешкаєш в готелі + 200грн, якщо просто ставити 400грн.
