‏المعاملة السيئة من مدير الفندق وموظف الاستقبال لم يكونوا لطفاء ولم يكونوا بشوشين لا اعلم ما الذي يمنعهم من الابتسامة اعطوني غرفة صغيرة بنفس قيمة الغرفة الكبيرة عندما طلبت تغيير الغرفة لم يبدو أي تعاون لا أفكر بزيارة الفندق مرة أخرى بسبب الموظفين ومعاملتهم الغير جيدة

Great location. The hotel is nearly new, clean, and well maintained.

Cons:

I did not like the policy that only allows guests to bring in outside food when the hotel’s kitchen or café is closed.

Also, room service took a long time to deliver orders.
