La ubicacion, había restaurantes y supermercados cerca
El encargado del alojamiento fue bastante desagradable a penas se dirigió a nosotros.
El alojamiento estaba bastante sucio, hablamos con la de la limpieza para que pasara a retirar la basura de las papeleras y no lo hizo y estuvimos 3 días con la basura acumulada bastante incómodos sobre todo con la papelera del baño que era abierta y no dejaban tirar los papeles al WC, por otro lado la ducha no funcionaba bien, las alfombrillas daban bastante asco.
La cocina era común con el resto de apartamentos y estaba muy muy muy sucia, no la lompiaron ningún día, el menaje era super escaso y en muy mal estado. Fue el pero alojamiento que estuvimos en todo Costa Rica, a parte de caro para solo 3 días. No volvería ni lo recomiendo.
La piscina estaba sucia, imposible bañarse, agua turbia que no daba ninguna garantía de salubridad.
Hotel molto comode. Le stanze erano spaziose e sufficientemente pulite anche se poco illuminate. La struttura è immersa nel verde e c'è anche una bella piscina.
Illuminazione scarsa nella stanza. Carenza di personale alla reception. Una delle stanze aveva problemi allo sciaquone, ma è stata sostituita, quindi va bene.

Great location! Easy walking to all restaurants and only a 2 minute drive to the main area of Fortuna. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Check in and out was simple (owner also owns/runs Saffron, the Indian restaurant in front) and it's a very relaxed vibe overall. A/C ran cold!
There was no front desk staff or note to contact until I saw a cleaning staff member. Turns out the owner also runs the Indian restaurant right in front and was there. Once we got in contact, it was easy and simple check in. The curtains dont cover the full sliding doors and the lights are kept on outside.

The hotel is only 9 minutes by car from the town center, 1 minute's walk to the market, 15 minutes to the Sky Bridge, and 15 minutes to Arenal Volcano. The pool offers an amazing view of the volcano, which makes the stay even more special. The kitchen next to the pool is fully equipped, so I highly recommend buying some local coffee and enjoying it using the coffee machine. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
