Great value & location
Pros:

Great location! Easy walking to all restaurants and only a 2 minute drive to the main area of Fortuna. We didn't use the pool, but it looked nice. Check in and out was simple (owner also owns/runs Saffron, the Indian restaurant in front) and it's a very relaxed vibe overall. A/C ran cold!

Cons:

There was no front desk staff or note to contact until I saw a cleaning staff member. Turns out the owner also runs the Indian restaurant right in front and was there. Once we got in contact, it was easy and simple check in. The curtains dont cover the full sliding doors and the lights are kept on outside.

Pros:

The hotel is only 9 minutes by car from the town center, 1 minute's walk to the market, 15 minutes to the Sky Bridge, and 15 minutes to Arenal Volcano. The pool offers an amazing view of the volcano, which makes the stay even more special. The kitchen next to the pool is fully equipped, so I highly recommend buying some local coffee and enjoying it using the coffee machine. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

Desde que entré a la habitación encontré cucarachas caminando , la cortina no daba el ancho de la ventana y se podía ver de afuera hacia adentro olía mucho a cigarro por todo lado

Villa bien equipada, cómoda, amplia. Lugar bastante tranquilo, Flexibilidad en hora de entrada y salida. Excelente ubicación.

Cons:

Dificultad de comunicación con el administrador, el apartamento un poco descuidado, tenía una fuga de agua. Fulmigamos porque nos salió una cucaracha. El WiFi fatal. TV nunca funcionó.
