Pros:

Room is spacious and good interior. The lounge with all you can drink alcohol during happy hour. Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Those who come with car will love this place as there is public parking space right across the hotel.

Cons:

When we arrived our rooms had big coffee stain on the floor with a piece of trash attached to the AC. We asked the staff to remove it and they did it promptly. They also did the thorough clean in the next day and thus coffee stain was removed.

Un vrai coup de cœur pour ce petit hôtel dans un quartier calme , près du métro et des bus , 20mm à pieds du centre.
Un lounge petit mais sympa avec boissons offertes et petits snacks.
Personnel adorable.
Grande chambre très bien équipée.
Nous avons pu faire transférer nos bagages via Yamato vers un nouvel hôtel sur Tokyo (24h avant, ils se chargent de tout, environ 40€ 3 valises) quel bonheur de ne pas traîner nos valises dans le shinkansen

Small, clean, neat, friendly, quiet street. Easy walk to subway station, food markets, and some really good local eateries.
Fantastic breakfast. It is not a full English breakfast kind of place if that is your thing, but it is generous and plenty of choice.
Free drinks and snacks all afternoon and evening was a bonus and nice way to chill out.
Also eco friendly!

Comfortable, quiet stay with helpful staff
Pros:

The staff were extremely helpful, and the hotel offered excellent amenities. Our room was spacious by Japanese standards, very comfortable, quiet, and had great beds. The coin-operated laundry was convenient and worked perfectly, and the provided sleepwear was a lovely touch. The lounge was fantastic for coffee, after-dinner drinks, and relaxing between sightseeing.

Cons:

The only downside is that the hotel is a bit of a walk from the main sights and the subway, although there is a bus stop nearby.
