I would have given it a 10/10
Pros:

I really liked the hotel. It was very nice. The rooms were large with a beautiful ensuite and comfortable beds. The inclusive breakfast was lovely and the happy drinks were very kind and generous.
The staff were lovely also.

Cons:

I didn’t like the camera in the lounge that moved to watch you everytime you moved around. I found that uncomfortable and creepy. I understand why you have a camera, but put it in the corner that does not move around.

A special place to stay in Kyoto.
Pros:

The General Kyoto was a very warm and welcoming hotel, with very friendly English-speaking staff. The free drinks and snacks in the afternoon/evening was a lovely addition to a very professional and upscale experience altogether. It was in a really great location close to shops, restaurants, train stations and bus stops.

Cons:

Nothing, it was really lovely.

部屋がとてもきれい！
ラウンジの雰囲気も素敵
ゆったりできる

バス停や電車の駅が近く、アクセスも良好です

朝食は３種類のメインプレートを選んで、あとはパンや飲み物、ヨーグルト、シリアル、ご飯（ふりかけあり）などがビュッフェ形式で食べられる形になっており、どれも美味しかったです

夜はアルコールやジュース、軽食、お菓子、がラウンジで提供され、とても楽しかったです

Cons:

朝食の際、ふりかけの場所が違っており、間違って苦手なわさびふりかけをかけてしまい、ご飯を一杯粗末にしてしまいました

また朝食時は、スープやおみそ汁があったら最高に良かったのにと思いました

清潔でシンプルな空間。市の中心部で便利な宿。
Pros:

清潔で居心地がよかった。
チェックイン、チェックアウト非常にスムーズだった。
アメニティーが充実していた。
パジャマが快適だった。
午後からラウンジが使えて、お水やコーヒー、アイスクリーム、おつまみ、梅酒などいただけた。
四条通りからすぐ近くで、飲食店もインバウンド価格だけではないところも多く選択肢が多い。
近所の寄り合い所で祇園祭のお稽古をしている音が聞こえてきて、情緒があった。（6月下旬宿泊）

Cons:

しいて言えばバスタブがないことですが、シャワーは上からとハンドルタイプと切り替えられて高級感がありよかったです。

We really enjoyed our stay at the property.
Pros:

Great location! Very friendly staff. Great breakfast and free happy hour in the evenings. They even had a freezer with frozen sweet treats.

Pros:

Emplacement dans un quartier tranquille, avec qques restaurants & bars à côté; arrêts métro / bus à environ 5-7 min à pied. Shopping, restaurants ( marché Nishiki market, Pontocho accessibles à env.10-20 min à pied ), sites touristiques rapidement & facilement accessibles.
Chambre, grande pour le Japon, très confortable, moderne, ambiance reposante ( aucun désagrément sonore ) et propreté incroyable. Lounge avec boissons et snacks gratuits très appréciée !

Cons:

Seul bémol qui pourrait déranger certaines personnes : pas de vue sur l’extérieur, la fenêtre étant totalement opaque, et impossible à l’ouverture.

Formidable!
Pros:

Desde la entrada, el lobby es muy bonito!
La habitación estaba amplia, cómoda, muy limpia y el personal muy amable.
No incluye desayuno, pero tiene un servicio de café, té, vino, cerveza y antojos gratis en un ambiente muy tranquilo. Excelente para pasar un rato agradable!
Sin duda,, volvería a hospedarme ahí.

Cons:

La ubicación está un poco confusa, ya que no tiene ningún letrero por fuera. Pero eso es lo de menos, el hotel tiene excelente servicio.
