Horrible exp, don't go for it if you are looking for descent room

, No lift, no space in rooms to even walk..
I don't know why the rooms have been tagged as delux..
Description said that an extra bed free of cost can be availed, but no space is room to put a mattress.
On asking for a space to put an extra mattress showed us a different room and asked for extra charges.
The hotel description says 1 car parking but there is no dedicated parking... They asked us to park on the road..

Looking at all this we refused to stay and left the place...asked for a refund but no response on that..

The sad part is no one from booking.com is available to address this even on call...
Just a request can be sent through the app and they expect guests to coordinate with property...
Sad experience I will think 10 times going forward for any booking via booking.com

Pros:

Another hotel in the fabHotel group, the next fiasco:
- Booked breakfast included (on B.com), but the hotel doesn't offer any breakfast at all.
- Paid a deposit, and less than an hour before check-in, fabHotels rebooked me to a hotel 5 km away (why?).
- Checked in here anyway (rooms were available!) and paid for the entire stay (without a receipt).
- Deposit? The fabHotel group pocketed it. - scam
- My conclusion: I won't book a fabHotel again.
