Pros:

We zijn maar 1 nachtje geweest dus niet echt van iets gebruik gemaakt maar het bed lag lekker! ;)
Voor 3 nachten zou ik het zelf niet perse nog een keer boeken. Het personeel is super aardig en helpt je graag. Ontbijt was uitgebreid (buffet vorm) maar wel lekker.

Cons:

Het is wel erg vochtig. Je voelt als het kouder is en regenachtig gewoon de kou door de ramen. De badkamer was ook erg vochtig! Om de wastafel zat ook wat schimmel hierdoor denk ik. Helaas was de ventilator kapot.

Too much noise. No soundproof on the rooms.
Breakfast is below expectations.
Room service came to clean the room at 5pm when we came back from our visit.

Dont stay if you have senior people with you or you have any issue climbing.. its like a mini trek to hotel

Location will be in city centre but it has a steep slope which makes your vehicle not possible to drop you till hotel and pickup.. also no elevator for stairs so for seniors it will be an issue

Exceptional Stay at High Garden Hotel!
Pros:

We had a wonderful experience at High Garden Hotel. The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and professional.

What truly stood out was their incredible kindness and willingness to help. During our stay, my car tire suddenly went completely flat. It was a difficult situation, but the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us. They put in a lot of effort and took the time to help us get it fixed, even though it was not their responsibility.

Their dedication, genuine care, and exceptional customer service turned a stressful situation into a memorable experience. It's rare to find a team that is so willing to help guests beyond the usual expectations.

I highly recommend High Garden Hotel to anyone looking for not only a great place to stay, but also outstanding hospitality from people who truly care about their guests.
