Pros:

If you are looking for a real 5-star hotel, this is not your place. I was surprised that this hotel has 9.2/10 as a review better even than Four seasons and Movinpick. However, the staff ask you upon check out to give them a 10/10 review, this explains the high review and this is also a not proffesnional thing from a 5-star hotel. Honestly, the hotel itself is not bad but it's not a real 5 stars. You don't feel the luxury of 5 stars. First, we took the suite that has 3 bedrooms. the suite is really big which is a bonus but there are no 5-star touches at all. also, the pictures in booking do not meet the real picture when you stay in it. The bedsheet was old. the towels were old and small, and you do not feel that the place is clean 10/10 to be honest. Other than that, the location was perfect and the staff are very good.

Séjour exceptionnel à l’Hôtel Adam !

Nous avons passé un séjour magnifique dans cet établissement. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons eu la très agréable surprise d’être surclassés, ce qui a rendu notre expérience encore plus mémorable.

La chambre avec piscine privée sur le balcon était tout simplement exceptionnelle. Le confort est au rendez-vous et la décoration, avec son superbe mobilier italien de designer, apporte une touche d’élégance et de raffinement.

Le petit-déjeuner est copieux, varié et délicieux. Les restaurants de l’hôtel proposent une cuisine de grande qualité, avec des plats excellents et un service irréprochable.

Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié la piscine intérieure et l’espace balnéo, parfaits pour se détendre dans un cadre luxueux.

Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour son accueil chaleureux et son professionnalisme. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Cons:

Very disappointing experience. The room was not well maintained, the service was poor, and the overall stay did not meet expectations. Definitely not worth the price. I hope the management improves the cleanliness, maintenance, and customer service.
