Un cap de setmana meravellós en Rio Dulce, Siete altares i Playa Blanca.
Pros:

L'habitació per a quatre persones era magnífica, per a mi, la millor habitació de l'hotel, en vistes a la piscina i al llac. És una meravella de lloc on m'agradaria tornar. Molt, molt recomanable. L'atenció del personal de l'hotel magnífica per a arreplegar-nos en barca. Hotel en vistes al Castell de San Felipe.

Oasis de tranquilidad con excelentes vistas, instalaciones y personal!
Pros:

Todo! Es espectacular, la locación, las instalaciones, la limpieza! El hotel respeta la arquitectura del lugar y se fusiona con los paisajes maravillosos de rio dulce. Las habitaciones y todo en general es precioso

A short trip to a different world
Pros:

Beautiful place in a magical environment. Parking is off premises and the hotel is reached by boat (i cluded), the captain also brought us to the castle and back the next day. Quiet room, good AC, comfy bed, good hot water and water pressure.

Cons:

We hope the bathroom will get an upgrade, the edges of the bathtub looked in dire need of one.

Muy lindo Hotel

La ubicación es excepcional,
El hotel es muy bonito, todo de madera le da ambiente muy acogedor y estilo muy tropical !!!!hay una piscina, un temaskal !!! Te puedes bañar en el río frente al hotel con vista al castillo San Felipe.
El hotel te viene a buscar en lancha en frente del restaurante el viajero, donde puedes estacionar tu carro .

Cons:

Desafortunadamente el hotel por ser totalmente de madera, pierde su encanto cuando a la 5am tienes los huéspedes del cuarto de encima del tuyo que se despiertan y solo el hecho de caminar se te tiembla toda la madera de tu cuarto… No hemos tenido suerte, la persona arriba, no paraba de caminar en el cuarto hasta las 7am hora a la cual salimos de la cama con mal humor ….hasta la TV del vecino se escuchaba…
Y el servicio del restaurante y la comida… Tal ves no hemos tenido suerte este día, pero estuvo un poco catastrófico…
De todo modo, recomendamos el hotel, pero por favor, si leen el mensaje, avisar a sus huéspedes que el suelo es de madera y que se debe caminar con precaución para no molestar a los demás huéspedes. Y para el servicio, sería bueno formar su equipo en la base de un servicio.
Y último, avisar a sus clientes que la lancha que les viene a recoger no tiene el nombre del hotel sino que se llama “Pirata” !!!!

Privacidad de las habitaciones

Cons:

Limpieza del baño deficiente, atención de recepción no fue lo esperado. Nunca nos colaboraron con el aire acondicionado a pesar de pedir ayuda dos veces. La única noche que pedimos en el restaurante del hotel la comida se tardó 1.45 hrs n servirse. Olor un poco desagradable en toda la habitación además de que la alfombra estaba mojada. Amenidades de baja calidad en el baño (jabón, shampoo). No nos comentaron de los servicios de recreación que tenía el hotel. En los 3 días la piscina nunca se le dio mantenimiento además de estar sucia cuando llegamos. Fue totalmente insatisfactorio.

Nice place, but everything will be more difficult than if should be.
Pros:

The location is great and the views of Castillo de San Felipe are amazing.

Cons:

Roof leaks when it rains right into the bathroom. Nothing is done unless explicitly asked for (ie: cleaning the rooms). The staff is friendly but not really able to resolve any questions you might have, for example: where would be a good place to go in Livingston or when the safe in the room was already locked they had no idea how to fix it so they just pretended I didn't ask the question.
