Personāls ļoti atsaucīgs un laipns! Labi pārvalda angļu valodu.

Cons:

Brokastis ļoti vienveidīgas ar mazu izvēli. Numuriņš tīrs, bet koplietošanas telpas vietām neapmierinoši tīras. Lokācija ap viesnīcu diezgan nekopta, bet pati viesnīca vizuāli pievilcīga.

Hôtel très moyen, ce qui le sauve est son emplacement et la sympathie du personnel mais sinon je recommande pas. Énorme

- Hôtel très bien situé et personnel sympathique.

Cons:

- Ménage jamais fait (durant tout notre séjour notre chambre n’a pas été nettoyé une seule fois, mis à part lorsque nous nous sommes plaint),
- Baskets oubliées dans notre chambre lors de notre de part, d’après l’hôtel les baskets n’étaient plus dans la chambre (ce que je doute fortement car elles n’ont pas pu disparaître)
- Déjeuner très moyen, pas qualitatif ni quantitatif (quelques bouts de fromages et deux/trois assortiments de spécialités turques)
- Chambre totalement différente du site, espace minuscule pour se déplacer entre le lit et la pièce, le lit double totalement inconfortable,

Bref pas top comme hôtel.

la gentillesse des receptioniste

Cons:

l'hygiène n'était pas au norme, le plafond était délabré, les toilettes pas nettoyé avant même notre arrivée ( tâche d'urine au tour de la lunette) lavabo horrible, bruit assourdissant de la climatisation.

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner était bon et varié. La literie confortable et le décor magnifique

A pleasant stay with a good location, good value for money and convenient parking.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The hotel offers good quality for the price, and the breakfast was also good. The location is very convenient, close to the city centre, and the parking was a big plus for us as we travelled by car.

Cons:

There was nothing major that we disliked. Overall, everything was good and met our expectations.

Poor soundproofing between rooms. Light sleepers might be bothered by the sound of neighboring showers and flushing toilets.The kitchen/breakfast selection could be improved—I would have loved to see a wider variety of fresh fruit available

Overall, a clean and well-located hotel with friendly staff, but there were several issues that need improvement.
Pros:

The hotel was clean and in a convenient location, about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town with plenty of shops and restaurants. The reception staff were very welcoming and polite, especially Mohammed, who gave us helpful information about excursions. The hotel also offers excursions at discounted rates.

Cons:

Unfortunately, breakfast was disappointing, the room was quite small, and the bed had a thin sheet instead of a duvet. We also had a leak under the sink. Despite leaving the cleaning sign out for two days and informing reception, our room was not cleaned.

Our excursion transfer also failed to arrive, and after waiting an hour, the hotel arranged a taxi for us.

Bon emplacement, le parking souterrain disponible sur place est un super avantage. Personnel très aimable et petit déjeuner très gourmand. Chambres propres et literie confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

Fell far short of a 3-star standard — left after just one night.
Pros:

Location was convenient, close to restaurants and a short walk to nearby attractions.

Cons:

Room condition was far below the advertised 3-star standard. The curtain was torn in several places, the bed was very low and uncomfortable, and the carpet in the hallway was visibly stained and dirty. The bathroom sink was cracked and leaking water onto the floor, and the shower also leaked. Towels weren’t fresh. The view was of half-demolished buildings and trash bins. Breakfast quality was poor — dairy products, especially the cheeses, tasted old and stale. We ended up leaving after just one night and booking elsewhere. To make things worse, after checkout the hotel repeatedly called us about a taxi that wasn’t ours, and then kept calling multiple times just to ask for a review.
