“Öncelikle otelin temizliği ve düzeninden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar düzenli olarak temizleniyordu, havlular ve ihtiyaçlarımız konusunda herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadık. Otelin ortak kullanım alanları, havuz çevresi ve restoran bölümü de genel olarak temiz ve bakımlıydı.

Personelin güler yüzlü, saygılı ve ilgili olması ayrıca hoşumuza gitti. Bir şeye ihtiyacımız olduğunda yardımcı olmaya çalışmaları ve misafirlere karşı güzel yaklaşımları tatilimizi daha keyifli hale getirdi.

Yemeklerden de oldukça memnun kaldık. Çeşit boldu, farklı damak zevklerine hitap edecek seçenekler bulunuyordu. Özellikle uzun süreli konaklamamıza rağmen yemek konusunda genel olarak memnun kaldık. Tatlı, meyve ve içecek seçeneklerinin olması da güzeldi.

Havuz alanını çok beğendik; hem dinlenmek hem de vakit geçirmek için güzel bir ortamı vardı. Otelin genel atmosferi canlı ve keyifliydi. Gün içerisinde otelde sıkılmadan vakit geçirebileceğiniz imkanların olması büyük avantaj.

Konum, temizlik, yemekler, çalışanların ilgisi ve otelin sunduğu imkanları birlikte değerlendirdiğimizde güzel bir tatil geçirdik. 10 gece konakladık ve genel anlamda oldukça memnun ayrıldık. Ailece rahat edebileceğiniz, güzel vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir tesis. Emeği geçen tüm çalışanlara teşekkür ederiz. Tekrar Antalya’ya geldiğimizde değerlendirebileceğimiz ve çevremize gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebileceğimiz bir otel.”

Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals. Man hat sich sehr um die Gäste gekümmert und war bei Fragen oder Wünschen jederzeit ansprechbar. Auch die Sauberkeit im Hotel war sehr gut.

Das Essen hat uns ebenfalls sehr gut gefallen. Die Auswahl und Qualität waren insgesamt sehr gut und wir haben uns als Familie während unseres Aufenthalts sehr wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Strand war für uns der größte Minuspunkt. In der Beschreibung wird angegeben, dass sich das Hotel am Strand befindet. Tatsächlich musste man jedoch ungefähr 15 Minuten zu Fuß bis zum Strand laufen. Gerade bei den hohen Temperaturen war das teilweise sehr anstrengend. Ein Shuttle- oder Hoteltransfer wäre hier sehr hilfreich gewesen. Uns wurde allerdings mitgeteilt, dass für das nächste Jahr möglicherweise ein Elektrofahrzeug bzw. Transfer angeboten werden soll.

Außerdem fanden wir es schade, dass das À-la-carte-Restaurant nur einmal innerhalb von sieben Tagen genutzt werden konnte. Aus anderen Hotels kennen wir es so, dass man hier flexibler wählen oder das Angebot häufiger nutzen kann. Gerade bei einem längeren Aufenthalt wäre etwas mehr Flexibilität schön gewesen.

Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Küche hat sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben.

Cons:

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Gartenblick gebucht, jedoch gab es ein Zimmer in einen verrauchten Innenhof.
Das Personal war grundsätzlich unfreundlich, besonders die eigenen Landsleute. Die ausländischen Kellner waren freundlich.
Leider hatten wir den Eindruck, dass europäisch aussehende Gäste (hell, blond) bevorzugt bedient wurden und andere ignoriert. Das war für uns sehr unangenehm.
Der Weg zum Strand ist sehr dreckig und stinkig nach Müll und Abwasser. Der Strand war auch vermüllt und das Wasser nicht klar.

Essen war sehr gut hätte bisschen mehr Regionaler sein können.
Austtatung war sehr gut.
Lage war auch sehr gut.
Sehr Sauber und modern.

Cons:

Abend programme nur für kinder ausgelegt für erwachsene kinderlose eher ungeeignet.
Minibar wurde am anfang nur einmal aufgefüllt hätte alle paar tage aufgefüllt gehört für ein 5 sterne ultra all inclusive urlaub.
Die Matratzen waren etwas zu hart.

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, and we especially appreciated the wide range of all-inclusive services, the pool area, the beach access and the entertainment options. The hotel is very family-friendly, and overall we felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay.

Cons:

There are a few areas that could make the experience even better. More toilets in the common areas would be useful, and we would really appreciate longer opening hours for the beach bar and swimming pool. There was also a noticeable gap in food availability between around 5:00 and 6:30 PM, so having some snacks or light meals available during this time would be helpful. A wider snack selection, more varied animation programmes and a more frequent/longer beach shuttle service would also be great improvements.

Sajnos a kisfiam betörte a fejét, és a szálloda orvosa mentőt hívott és bevitték egy kórházba ami utólag derült ki hogy magánklinika és emiatt magas költségre számítunk!
