The host was very attentive and quickly responded to my messages and always helpful.
The room is exactly as in the photos.
The balcony is facing the sea view with amazing sunset.
The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean with necessary towels.
The Vila is surrounded with cafés and restaurants, as well supermarkets not far away.
One of my disappointed was the beach in front of the Vila is private beach not a public one, the public one was 500m away.
With 120€ per day there should be at least a bottle of water in the fridge for guests while they are coming from long distance, and should be a coffee machin or at least coffee and tea bags, there was a kettle only.
Unfortunately the room was full of mosquitoes, despite there was an insects net.
The location is good, but without beach access nor room water and coffee, it's not a good value for money, for the view you can have it in a café or restaurant on the beach side.

Standart apartment, the room with the kitchen is pretty small, but overall- everything was clean. Bathroom was small as well, and rarely we had hot water. Close to the beach, market and restaurants. Pleasant owners. Provided us with additional blanket and iron.

To sto u sobi nije bilo mogucnosti da se pripremi dorucak ili popije kafa jutarnja jer barovi i restorani pocinju kasnije sa radom,nema tu mogucnost a nema svoj bar da bi mogli da popijemo jutarnju kafu.
The place was clean and cozy, and it was conveniently located close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.

Super close to the beach and restaurants, very clean and good air-con. Lovely, friendly, accommodating host. Very comfortable bed and soft linen. Beautiful view from the balcony, perfect to watch sunset.
No tea / coffee facilities or mugs, hairdryer wasn’t good so took a long time to dry hair.
The location was very convenient next to the beach for a reasonable price.
There were young people being loud right outside our door in the hallway and the courtyard. I had to get out of bed and yell at them at 4:30AM. No one was there to check us in and the owner provided very little communication.

la limpieza , todo lleno de ormigas , no es lo mismo que en las fotos , el personal entró a hacer" limpieza " cuando teníamos la habitación cerrada aposta con llave , nos tiraron comida y encima toquetearon nuestras cosas , cuando fuimos a dirigirnos a la única persona que había que era la de la limpieza no sabía nada nada de inglés , horas después me escribe la dueña amenazándome con denunciarme para sacar dinero , las vistas bonitas pero merece la pena coger otro apartamento por la privacidad y comodidad ya que aquí hacen lo que quieren y luego te amenazan.

We stayed one night at Vila Island View, and it was an excellent experience.
Our ground-floor double room was clean, modern, and very well organized. It had air conditioning, a great shower, basic toiletries, a minibar, and an electric kettle—everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
There is convenient parking available right in front of the property. The location is fantastic: just cross the street and you’re at the famous Hand beach in Ksamil. It’s also within walking distance of several beach clubs, restaurants, and the lively nightlife.
I highly recommend Vila Island View and would definitely stay here again.
