Ruhiges, gemütliches Homestay in einer wunderschönen Labdschaft.
Pros:

So happy! Die Lage war großartig. Eine atemberaubende Aussicht auf die malerische Landschaft, sowie Restaurants und niedliche Cafés in Gehweite. Die Unterkunft war schön eingerichtet, das Bett bequem und die Terrasse bekommt nochmal einen Pluspunkt dazu. Wir waren wirklich sehr zufrieden.

Séjour calme et parfait pour le repos et le temps en nature
Pros:

Un lieu magnifique! Très proche des rizières et des diverses marches à faire dans les environs. Comparé à d'autre lieux que j'ai vu, offre beaucoup plus de choses - piscine, marches avec guide, déjeuner à choix, restaurant le soir... staff très accueillant.

Fantastic stay, peaceful, great location, lovely staff and everything you need included
Pros:

We were in the middle of a heatwave and this place had everything we could hope for, A/C and a pool with a lovely view. Also scooter rental possible, we took full advantage of that! Free breakfast (take the pho) and the staff were lovely. Shoutout to Wong, we felt so welcome!

Cons:

If you prefer staying in the middle of busy Sapa this might not be your place, but we were looking for nature and quiet and were fully satisfied. Also no problem getting a grab from or to here

Pros:

Nous avons aimé la gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel. L'emplacement au pied des rizières est parfait, la vue est magnifique. La piscine est propre.

Cons:

Les finitions de notre bungalow. Les systèmes de fermeture de porte perfectibles, les dossiers des chaises étaient cassés. Le manque de rideaux aux fenêtres et de luminosité dans la salle de bain.

Einfach, sauber und sehr freundliches Personal!
Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr schön! Leider ist in der Nähe eine Baustelle an der gefühlt immer gearbeitet wird! Das Zimmer war groß und sauber.

Cons:

Die Zimmer werden nur nach Aufforderung gereinigt, das hat dann leider nicht geklappt… Erst noch einen Tag später. Aber wir haben noch frische Handtücher bekommen. Handtücher für den Pool wären praktisch ! Das Frühstück fanden wir etwas wenig… und vielleicht noch zusätzlich Wasser anbieten!

Myszy, karaluchy i bród, ale przynajmniej ładny widok z tarasu i smaczne śniadanie.

Widok z bungalowa, dobre śniadanie

Cons:

W obiekcie były karaluchy, obsługa powiedziała że oni nie mogą z tym nic zrobić. Dodatkowo na suficie były myszy, słychać je było w nocy i baliśmy się że spadną, widać było miejsca gdzie się załatwiają i gdzie sufit jest uszkodzony. Słychać było jak biegają i gryzą sufit. Nie mogliśmy przez to spać. Moskitiera bardzo śmierdziała, była dodatkowo za mała na nasze łóżko i nie zakrywała nas w pełni. Na tarasie nie było krzeseł jak na zdjęciach.
Oddaliśmy pranie do wyprania na recepcji, przy odbieraniu wypranego i wysuszonego prania Pan z recepcji oddał worek nam i osobom z innego bungalowa, okazało się że pranie zostało pomieszane i dostaliśmy większość nieswoich ciuchów a naszych brakowało. Taka sytuacja nie powinna mieć miejsca jeśli oddawaliśmy pranie osobno. Masaż był w pomieszczeniu które wyglądało jak składzik na miotły - było tam brudno, duszno. Brak jakiejkolwiek muzyki czy wiatraka.

Breakfast was very tasty. The room was clean even tho it smelled quite humid, however the town itself is seeped in clouds on a daily basis so I imagine humidity is quite inescapable. The lounging chairs overlooking the rice fields were a lovely spots and the view was stunning.
We were eventually able to pay by credit card for our stay (with a 3% added fee) even though they seem to have problems with credit card payments quite often.

Cons:

The location is a whopping 1h45 minutes walk distance (25 minutes drive) from Sapa town.

Very pleasant and relaxing stay
Pros:

The staff were lovely and so helpful , we were able to get a driver from there and home again easily through them , and the setting of the property is lovely , could have stayed longer , and they have lovely fresh home made food available , enjoyed our stay 🙂
