L'espace , le confort , la décoration . L'emplacement par rapport à la vieille ville et aux centres d'intérêts .
La chambre est magnifique ainsi que le salon en mezzanine .
Personne ne nous a aidé pour monter les valises .
Il y a un petit salon où l'on peut prendre un verre mais ils ne proposent que de l'eau ou du thé ou du café
L'attente pour avoir une boisson chaude au petit déjeuner car il n'y a qu'une personne pour préparer les boissons .
J'ai donné du linge à laver . Il était très mal repassé

Not the fault of the hotel but the road outside is so busy so its noisy.
Çalışanlar ve temizlik çok iyiydi, odalar güzeldi. Diş fırçası, tarak gibi detaylı tüm ihtiyaçlar düşünülmüş. 6 gün konakladık. Tek eksik olarak ekmek ve kahvaltı çeşitleri artırılabilir, yöresel çörekler eklenebilir. Ayrıca nevresimlerin daha sık değiştirilmesi iyi olurdu; kaldığımız süre boyunca değiştirilmedi. Bunun dışında konumu ve sunduğu olanaklar oldukça güzel. Resepsiyondaki Kenan Bey’e de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.

Not my first time staying at the hotel, and it’s always a wonderful experience! The beds are very comfortable, the location is ideal, and the breakfast is tasty with plenty of options. The staff always go above and beyond for their guests! I will be back

В отеле понравилось все , отличная локация , замечательный сервис (серьезно , на столько заинтересованных в предоставлении полного комфорта администраторов, менеджеров и в целом всего персонала я не встречала), красота номера это отдельная сказка , у нас был двухэтажный номер , очень просторный , никаких посторонних звуков или голосов соседей. Замечательный завтрак ( отдельное спасибо девушке Джерен из зала завтрака, всегда учитывала абсолютно все наши пожелания и обладательница прекрасной теплой улыбки ). Мы не хотели уезжать , продлевали номер раза 4))))) Спасибо всем , мы обязательно вернемся!
Breakfast was fine. Location was very central and close to the old town. Distant view of the Caspian Sea from our balcony.
There was no bar or restaurant for dinner. The Merchant Inn was recommended and a short walk away. We were given a discount voucher for one evening for the Merchant Inn which proved very good. The one time we used room service it was muddled and slow.
Дружелюбие и отзывчивость персонала. При обращении быстро заменили номер. Красота отеля в целом, просторные номера, сосстояние номеров.
Запах нагретого пластика в номере, номер поменяли при обращении. не совсем корректно работает спутниковое телевидение (постоянно отключается).
Beautiful building and stylish rooms - look exactly like the pictures. Really nice breakfast. Staff were helpful and spoke good English
A few issues with our room that were small in isolation but added up to a disappointing stay. Our first room we were kept awake by water noises from the floor above. We were moved to another room which was better but only after I sent them videos demonstrating the noise. The second room had no way of controlling the volume on either TV so we couldn’t use either. The road outside is VERY loud all the time and the windows don’t fully block out the sound. Both our rooms had balconies that we couldn’t access (but wouldn’t really want to anyway given the noise).
There is also no bar in the hotel at all and when we rang up to request drinks for the minibar we were told the restaurant had closed (it was 8pm).

Расположение отличное) прям у стен Старого города. Рядом Бульвар, море) До любой точки можно легко дойти пешком. Номер замечательный, завтраки отличные, кофе вкусный)
