Amira Hotel Hanoi

Great location in the middle of Hanoi’s old district. We had a room with a balcony and could watch the active local street life at leisure.
Good breakfast with a broad range of options.
The staff were excellent and were always available to help. Linh, in particular, was very personable and eager to assist.
We would return to the hotel if in Hanoi again.

Bobby, Lucas, Edward were extremely helpful when I arrived with regards to finding and organising the return of my lost passport. A very stressful situation that was handled incredibly well and calmly. The staff at Amira have been so kind and accomodating. Thankyou 🖤

We ended up staying at Amira Hotel in Hanoi twice in the same week—first for 2 nights, then again for 3—and honestly, that says everything. It quickly felt like a home base in the chaos of the Old Quarter. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring, but what really made the stay memorable was the service.
Bobby, the concierge, was an absolute legend. He sorted out our entire Sapa trip—tours, bus tickets, everything—without a hitch. Beyond that, he was just a genuinely funny, helpful guy who went out of his way to recommend hidden spots, local eats, and things we would’ve never found on our own.
If you’re staying in Hanoi, this place is a solid choice. Location, location, location. Room was nice and clean and comfortable spacious enough for a couple and easy to explore around the city with everything within walking distance.

Great location, very close to every attractions. Staffs are so kind and helpful, makes you feel comfortable. My room was very clean and neat. I planned to stay one night but later decided to return for two more nights.

The balcony rooms were amazing and you can’t beat the location. Bobby at reception has been so supportive in helping us with everything we need!

We loved this hotel. We had two rooms, one with balcony and one without, but both were great. Very confortable, spacious and clean. Very nice decorations. But what was standing out was the staff. They were very nice, spoke good english, very attentive and helpful. The contact peson , Bobby help me to secure transportation from the airport and gave great recommandations for food .

The property was really well presented and clean, and everything was so well looked after - as were we! Staff were so lovely and welcoming, and Bobby made so much effort :) A great little hotel to stay at when exploring Hanoi - location to everything was perfect! And also, a very good breakfast with little touches like a fresh eggs station!

Frühsttück war sehr lecker. Die Betten waren sehr bequem und ein Traum. Die Mitarbeiter waren äußert nett, vor Allem Bobby war sehr hilfsbereit.

Perfect position to get everywhere on foot in the old town, nothing ever too much for the staff especially Bobby who went out his way to make everything perfect and great recommendations. Great rooftop bar and good breakfast. Would definitely recommend. Leah and Steve, Brisbane Australia 🇦🇺

We had such a great stay at the Amira Hotel and honestly couldn’t fault it. The hotel is really clean, modern, and in a brilliant location for exploring Hanoi. Everything felt well looked after and the rooms were spotless.

The Skybar was also a huge bonus. Amazing views over the city and a really nice place to unwind in the evening after a full day of exploring.

What really made the stay stand out though was the staff, particularly Haley on reception and Bobby, who were both incredible throughout our time there. We arrived really late in the evening and Haley was brilliant from the moment we walked through the door. She managed to sort us a last-minute airport pickup, booked us onto a Ha Long Bay cruise, and even arranged for our laundry to be washed and ready before we left the next morning. Bobby was equally helpful and made us feel looked after at every turn. Between the two of them it was genuinely above and beyond service.

Both were so friendly, calm, and efficient with everything, and together they made the whole stay feel easy and stress-free. It’s rare to come across a team that good.

Would 100% stay here again and would happily recommend the Amira Hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Great breakfast, lovely staff, fantastic location. The bed was comfortable and the rooftop bar was also great. There was apparently building work going on next door but we didn't hear a peep.

Friendly, helpful knowlegeable staff. Awesome location close to the buzz of old quarter. Very comfortable room and great amenities. Bobby and the rest of the staff were really amazing.

The room was really nice and comfortable. You couldn’t hear the motorcycles at all which was really nice. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Especially Bobby helped us out with everything. Making sure our stay is perfect an well planed. He even made the extra step to check on us while traveling to Ninh Bin. Really friendly and well appreciated! His English is also very good.
I really recommend staying here. We felt really safe and cared for!
