Pros:

Really enjoyed my stay at Amira Hotel. The room was nice and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was good, and I felt comfortable during my stay. Would definitely come back again!

Zentrale Lage mit schönen Zimmer
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im amira Hotel. Die Lage ist zentral aber ruhig, auch nachts. Das Frühstück war gut, es gab frisch zubereitet einspeisen sowie Obst mit yogurth, Tee und Kaffee und eine Auswahl an warmen Speisen (u.a. Fried rize). Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommen, wir wurden von Bobby betreut. Wir konnten den gesamten Betrag per Kreditkarte im Hotel ohne zusätzliche Gebühren bezahlen. Die Klimaanlage und das wlan haben sehr gut funktioniert.

Cons:

Morgens gegen 7 Uhr begannen Handwerksarbeiten.

Pros:

The staff were so friendly and helpful before during and even after our visit, especially Bobby who kept in touch with us throughout via WhatsApp!

Cons:

There is building work going on next door so the room was a bit noisy in the day when we came back to rest in the afternoon. However it was very quiet at night so that was brilliant.

A wonderful stay in Hanoi!
Pros:

This was such a beautiful accomodation to start our trip to Vietnam. Such a great location, a very clean, comfortable and beautiful room that I looked forward to coming home too every day. Bobby and the staff at Amira are some of the most wonderful hotel receptionists I have come across. Bobby is so knowledgeable and accomodating to all needs, even before and after we checked out. Thank you so much.

Couldn’t fault our stay. Lovely hotel
Pros:

Our stay at Amira hotel was amazing. Clean comfortable hotel with lovely decor . The breakfast was excellent , the location really good but the best part about our stay were the staff who couldn’t do enough for us. Shout out to Bobby who was so helpful but all the staff were excellent.

Cons:

Nothing aside from some minor construction noise but it was during the day so didn’t really have an impact on our stay

The location is really good! Very close to the night market and other fun places, yet on a more quiet street so you can rest in the evening.

Very happy and amazing location close to the sites and markets
Pros:

The property was in a great location, very clean and the staff was amazing Johnny and Haley were also so great! Exceptional service especially when I had an incident with a not so nice taxi driver! They stepped in and helped with my issue

Excellent stay
Pros:

Excellent stay and service from all staff, with a special mention for Bobby and reception / bell staff. Stayed in the Junior Suite room and loved the headboard murals + all the individual hotel personalisations. Great location, AC worked well in our room, exceptionally comfy bed and pillows. Scent diffuser is a nice touch as you enter. Soundproofing could be better in the Junior Suite but it’s the nature of staying in the Old Quarter and a busy hotel. Look forward to our next stay.
