Pros:

Een heel fijn en comfortabel hotel. De kamer was schoon en netjes, het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en de locatie was erg handig. Een zeer prettig verblijf, ik kom zeker nog eens terug!

Great location and great staff.
Pros:

Central location and helpful staff. Rooms are a good size and food is fresh and tasty.

Sky bar is great at night with a view of we the city.

Bobby in particular was a great host, and nothing was too much trouble. Helped with routes and transports around Vietnam - even when we had moved to other areas. As a result we booked here for our last two nights - before returning to Australia.

Cons:

Nothing - all good.

What an amazing stay
Pros:

I really had an amazing stay with Amira Hotel Hanoi. The room was so neat and clean. And the service was the point of this hotel, the staff was so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was great with many options.

Pros:

It was right in the center of the Old Quarter. The breakfast was delicious, they stored our luggage safely (for almost a week) while we were on the Ha Giang loop and the staff was fantastic. Bobby was amazing, accommodating everything we needed with the sweetest personality, communicating by WhatsApp and going above and beyond.

Very enjoyable and a nice place to return back to after a day out exploring the city.
Pros:

Bobby, the hotel concierge was amazingly helpful and had excellent English too which made our communication so much easier.
He was a standout staff among all the hotels we stayed at.
