Pros:

The staff were friendly, Location was great, Cleanliness was top notch but room cleaning needs atleast the sheets to be changed ,currently it's hot and people are sweaty but all we got for a room clean was just a spread of the same sheets we found the 1st day we checked in and we were there for 5days..
Otherwise I loved my stay.

Cons:

The activities being carried out during the day and night time were not favourable to English speaking clients (it was in foreign language) hence isolating some of the guests as it seemed the activities are meant for French/Spanish speaking clients.

The WiFi was slow and also the room YouTube had glitches .

Ubytovanie bolo krasne, ciste a lokalita vyborna. Ubytovali nas hned po prichode rano o 9:00 a hned sme mohli zacat vyuzivat vsetky all inclusive sluzby hotela, aj ked check in mal byt az o 14:00.

3 star hotel at best!
Pros:

The staff, especially the reception staff and manager (male, not sure his name) were very pleasant and helpful. The beach bar was also very beautiful. The views from the room are beautiful if you have sea view.

Cons:

The hotel still seems to be under construction, and not everything is functioning properly. The hot water in the rooms is unreliable — there is no hot water at all in the sink, and in the shower the temperature constantly switches between hot and cold.

The only toilets available downstairs are located beyond the restaurant area, which is closed between meal times, making them inaccessible for much of the day. There are also no baby changing facilities available.

The food was fairly average, with very little variety, so after one or two days the all-inclusive option felt quite pointless. I also did not appreciate feeling rushed to finish meals as soon as service ended, seemingly so the staff could eat whatever remained from the buffet.

Bardzo czystych hotel i przemiła obsługa.
Pros:

Pokoje na naprawę wysokim poziomie
Persilem przesympatyczny i pomocny w każdej kwestii.

Cons:

Dania wyglądają ok ale ich smak daje dużo do życzenia. Oprócz śniadania reszta posiłków bez smaku, niedoprawione.

Very good
Pros:

The room, bathroom and balcony were very spacious and modern.
The staff were friendly and ready to help me especially Valter.
The breakfast was very good and we had enough choices.

Cons:

The room and bathroom were not as clean. There were fingerprints on the mirror in the room and the toliet was not as clean too. The bathroom was not good facilitated. The elevators were small and were having technical issues.
