La ubicacion esta muy bien.

Cons:

La ubicacion esta muy bien, el hotel lo conozco hace 20 años lo remodelaron y quedo super bien, esta vez los recepcionistas muy mala atencion como si te hicieran un favor, el elevador no servia, el control del aire acondicionado no servian las pilas, el agua fria, me quede en la suite y olor a viejo.

Pros:

El personal atento y respetuso. La habitación era muy cómoda y lo suficientemente espaciosa. La relación calidad y precio es bastante buena. No es un hotel de lujo, pero su calidad es buena. Limpia y agradable. El tamaño de la pantalla de televisión es super. Estaba muy cerca de la glorieta de la Minerva, así que pudimos movernos con facilidad.

Cons:

La habitación no tenía suficiente ventilación, aunque había aire acondicionado, hacía falta ventilación natural, principalmente en el baño. Nos dieron una habitación en el primer piso junto a la recepción y eso tuvo un problema de ruido constante, porque al ser un área común, muchas personas hablaban en voz muy alta en horas de descanso.

La ubicación esta super bien, esta chiquito pero muy cómodo, el personal muy educado y respetuoso.

Cons:

las almohadas en la habitación que nos toco solo había tres una muy rica y las otras dos un poco incomodas para dormir.

Pros:

Overall, everything was really good for the price. The staff was professional from the very beginning, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Chapultepec Street, which is full of bars, restaurants, and nightlife. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good value in a convenient location.

Cons:

The only downsides were that noise from other guests in the hallway early in the morning was quite annoying, and the television volume was limited to a maximum of 15, making it difficult to hear. Other than that, we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place for its value and location.

Hotel básico, no tener grandes expectativas

Estaba bien ubicado, el personal muy amable.

Cons:

Todo muy básico, nuestra habitación era muy apretada, no tenía ventana al exterior, era una ventana que daba a la recepción del hotel por lo tanto no se podía abrir cortina ni ventana porque pues todo el que pasara por la recepción lo veía a uno, se oía todo el ruido de la recepción, etc.

No me parece correcto que el supervisor o persona a cargo esté regañando y gritando a los empleados enfrente de los huéspedes en la recepción.
