Muy ordenado, limpio y la ducha puntos extra

Simple, but clean and spacious room, basic kitchen and big dining area, location near to the bus station and city center. Good bathroom with hot shower. Personnel was helpful.

A veces había problemas con las cañerias.
Buena atención y muy bien la habitacion. No pude usar la cocina porque solo me quedé una noche (asi que mo temgo opinion al respecto). La habitacion muy limpia, muy bien el baño, cómoda la cama, buenas toallas y todo en general. La chica que atiende, muy atenta y con excelente predisposición.
A la habitación quiza le falten algunos tomacorrientes, o lugar en donde cargar dispositivos, y luz de noche. Se solucionaría con una repisa, con tomacorrientes y puertos usb de carga y luz, por encima de las cabeceras de las camas.
El lugar bien ubicado
No habia calefacción, tuvimos que dormir con la calefacción apagada y hacia mucho frío.
Agua caliente en la ducha no salia.
La mujer que se contacto con nosotros para dejarnos la llave nunca respondía para solucionar los problemas .
Por lo que te cobran , muy mal las instalaciones del lugar y la atención al huesped .
Very close to the bus terminal (3min walking) which was very convenient for buses to Perito Moreno/El Chalten/Puerto Natales.

La chambre prévue était occupée !!! Un appartement proche nous a été attribué et il était très bien. Par contre la chambre à laquelle nous avons échappé était très médiocre !
La chambre d'origine donnait sur des tôles en arrière du bâtiment !!

Limpieza, ubicacion, servicio
Je pense que l’hôtel est tout récent car il est neuf et il manque quelques petits détails. Mais dans l’ensemble c’est très bien pour être à côté du terminal de bus !
Les radiateurs peuvent être très chaud si vous avez froid, ici vous ne le serez jamais !
Il manque une personne physique, personne pour nous accueillir, tout se fait via un sms WhatsApp.
La cuisine sent pas très bon car il y a beaucoup de nourriture sur le plan de travail mais c’est un détail.
Par contre l’état du frigo laisser à désirer. Manque peut être des tables de nuit dans la chambre et un bureau quand il y a de l’espace vide.
