Good Location but everything else is bad

Window overlooked broken unpainted walls with electrical wires
It was a vegetarian hotel which was not known
Completely understaffed
Ordered breakfast and tea did not come for 30 m and we finally left without having breakfast despite having paid for it
Restaurant staff was extremely rude
Unclean toilet
Very unlike an ITC property

The location & very helpful & efficient staff & entire team

Cons:

Whilst the breakfast spread was grand and lavish, I felt the food taste definitely needs enhancement. The taste was very average. The channa / chole which is soo famous in Amritsar was very very average in taste.. Most ITC properties have the best Indian cuisine in the country, and hence we did come in with very high expectations too..

Will never come back and will check before going to other ITC hotels

Only good thing about this hotel is it’s location near golden temple otherwise is seems to be a two star hotel with cramped rooms i took a sweet room which was forgettable it can be a worst ITC property

Pros:

It was a delight to stay at Fortune Inn. The staff was very courteous. The restaurant dished out amazing food ! Everything was so perfect.
