Great location!
Pros:

The location was perfect - everywhere we wanted to go was within a short walk, or an easy train ride. The bed was comfy, the room was clean and the staff was extremely friendly.

Great
Pros:

The location is fantastic, close to plenty of restaurants and shops, yet surprisingly quiet with no noticeable noise. The rooms were cleaned daily, and although ours wasn’t particularly large, it was perfectly adequate and fairly typical for Tokyo. The staff were very helpful, and overall, the hotel offered great value for money.

Clean hotel in a convenient, bustling area
Pros:

Excellent location right across the street from the Parco which contains the Pokemon Center, Nintendo store and many other shops. Rooms and common areas were clean. Staff was friendly.

Cons:

Rooms are small, but that’s expected when in a big city like Tokyo, so we didn’t mind

The convenience of the location...everything was great sbout the room apart from the bathroom

Cons:

Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was a major disappointment. When we arrived, there was a very strong smell of urine, and it was clear that the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. The bathtub still had a visible ring around it, the toilet area smelled of urine, and when showering, the tub did not drain properly and quickly filled with water up to around ankle level.

I reported the problem to the front desk, and they told me that the bathroom would receive a deep clean. However, when I returned, I was disappointed to find that very little seemed to have improved. There was still visible dirt and dust around the base of the toilet, the ring around the bathtub was still there, and the drain had not been unclogged, as the tub continued to fill with water while showering. The smell had improved slightly, but it was still noticeable.

At that point, I decided not to complain again. I really think the hotel needs to improve its bathroom cleaning standards and make sure reported maintenance issues are actually addressed.

The room itself was quite small and appeared fairly new, so I had no complaints about the cleanliness of the main room. My concerns were specifically with the bathroom.

Clean and spacious room

Cons:

So expensive for what it is. Not even super close to shibuya station. Seems targeted at influencers. You can get more convenient places to stay for much cheaper.

Pros:

Sehr nettes Personal, sauber und genügend Stauraum im Zimmer. Gratis Regenschirme zum Ausleihen.

Cons:

Bett nicht ganz so bequem, ein zweites Kopfkissen wäre nett.
