Pros:

Hotel nuovo ,posizione al centro di shibuya

Cons:

Non può essere nella categoria 4 stelle , non c’è frigobar, prodotti da bagno di scadente qualità , neanche una bottiglietta di acqua in camera , non c’è una sala a disposizione dei clienti né un distributore di caffè,non mi è piaciuto nulla conoscendo l accoglienza del Giappone qui proprio siamo lontani mille miglia, e per di più costo medio alto , peccato .

Small but comfortable rooms, great location
Pros:

Great location. Comfortable beds. Communal room useful for eating meals brought in. I like the availability of laundry although we didn’t use it. If you open an ASR account you get an extra hour for check in and check out.

Cons:

Nowhere to put luggage in rooms. They should put a drawer or cabinet or basket or something under the beds. They have breakfast available with a voucher but the staff didn’t tell us about it when we checked in and when we tried to buy a voucher at 9:20am they told us we’re too late (kitchen closes at 10) and recommended a nearby cafe that I didn’t like much. The most annoying thing was the ASR app. The OTP code to add our booking either takes for more than the 5 minutes before the app times out, or never arrives at all. The hotel sends auto messages saying to be sure to use the app but we couldn’t get it to work. Annoying.

Everything was great
Pros:

Excellent location, wonderful and helpful staff, everything was clean and bed comfy.

Cons:

All was good. The gym is just some cardio equipment with any weights though.

Centraal, schoon en goede faciliteiten
Pros:

De ligging van de accommodatie is ideaal: het is een goede uitvalsbasis om de stad te verkennen. Het station is op loopafstand en een goede bakker ligt 5 minuten verderop. Hetgeen wij heel fijn vonden was het kunnen gebruiken van een wasmachine en droger. Op die manier hoefden we geen vuile was mee te nemen naar ons volgende hotel. In de tijd dat de was liep, konden we een potje pingpongen. De kamer is schoon en elke dag werd een kleine schoonmaak gedaan.

Cons:

De kamers zijn relatief klein, maar dat is voor Nederlandse begrippen. In Japan is dit vrij normaal.
De airco staat recht op het bed gericht, waardoor dit in de nacht soms als storend ervaren kan worden.

un hotel ideal por su situacion
Pros:

lo mejor del hotel es la ubicacion EXCELENTE y atencion personal joven y muy atento
tambien es comodo la zona de cocina para desayunar , limpio y con todo lo que se necesita

Cons:

Habitacion muyy pequeña, la cama tienes que entrar por los pies y no caben las maletas

Modern hotel in a great location to explore Tokyo
Pros:

Location perfect - only a few mins walk from the Shibuya scramble and train station
very close to shops and restaurants
Very modern hotel with very good shared area for cooking your own food, including water dispenser and vending machines
onsite washing facilities available
Rooms were larger than they looked on the photo's

Hôtel génial, avec un personnel à l’écoute, ultra serviable et toujours prêt à aider
Pros:

Hôtel génial ! Le personnel est vraiment à l’écoute, très serviable et toujours disponible pour aider. C’est un vrai plus, surtout dans un pays où il peut parfois être difficile de communiquer. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter !
