Pros:

Location was great, close to everything in Shibuya. Bed was super comfortable, reception staff lovely, booked us a taxi on check out. breakfast was nice.

Cons:

While the room was nice and clean, it did smell a bit like a dog or cat had been in the room. the smell went away once the air con was on for a bit.

posizione stupenda a due minuti dal famosissimo incrocio. chiaramente ben collegato per spostarsi a Tokyo. le dimensioni della camera sono quelle tipiche di tokyo, bisogna adeguarsi soprattutto quando si viaggia con valigie grandi come noi

Exceptional stay. So friendly. Central location.

Excelente ubicación en pleno Shibuya. Habitaciones pequeñas pero cómodas, y personal muy amable

Cons:

Todas las noches en algún momento llegaba gente haciendo mucho ruido por los pasillos (no es culpa necesariamente del hotel)

Pros:

Very clean hotel and very kind staff. The hotel is located just a 7 minutes walk from Shibuya station so it is very easy to go just about anywhere. There is a water dispenser in the lobby area and on the second floor which is really useful if visiting during summer.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite limited. There were six main dishes that you had to choose from like bagel with salmon, bagel with bacon etc, plus some extra self service items such as cereals, sausages, hard boiled eggs and fruits. There is no coffee machine apart from a small espresso one. Nevertheless the quality of everything met and surpassed our expectations.

Super Lage und sehr modern! Würde das Hotel sofort wieder für einem Tokyo Aufenthalt buchen.

Cons:

Wie überall in Japan sind die Zimmer eher klein und man hat wenig Platz um sich auszubreiten.
Der Rezeptionsbereich wird auf 19 Grad heruntergekühlt. Bei 36 Grad Aussentemperatur ist das weder gesund, noch sinnvoll. Die Japaner und Amerikaner scheinen es zu lieben.

Fairly decent, hotel is suited more for young budget conscious travellers if booked early.
Pros:

Having laundry and water and other accessible amenities was good. The beds were also comfortable.
Staff were incredibly helpful.

Cons:

Rooms too small especially if sharing with another person.
I thought that it was overpriced for what it was. For the price I expected more. Maybe we booked late, not sure.
