Good location with a great view
Pros:

Cons:

The staff were very friendly and helpful but the hotel needs an update. There were signs of neglect, not sure if it was like that because we visited during off season. The hotel room had a musty smell, poor lighting. There is lot of room for improvement.

Can’t imagine a better place to stay in Nuara Eliya.
Pros:

The views are incredible , the rooms are spacious and extremely comfortable. There’s a path around the lake that is great for a morning run.

Redelijk hotel, weinig sfeer.
Pros:

Wat een heerlijk warme douche hadden we in dit hotel.
De kinderen vonden het speeltuintje heel leuk.

Cons:

De balustrade in de kamer die wij hadden was voor zowel onze drie jarige levensgevaarlijk, die kon er zonder enige moeite tussendoor vallen, als voor ons zelf, veel te laag.
Het restaurant was alles behalve sfeervol. Het eten was redelijk maar voor de prijs viel het erg tegen.

Pros:

The staff behaviour was excellent, very welcoming. The room is clean and nice, situated right besides the Gregory lake. The atmosphere in the evening is excellent and charming. Although they do charge a little for walking down the lake, it's worth every penny.

Cons:

The images of the rooms shown on Booking are not exactly the same. From the images, it seems the upper cabin is sideways and there is a lot of space in the room where in actuallity, the upper cabin is exactly on top of the lower cabin. So the space is a bit cramped in the room. Can not put more than 2 bags and the movement is restricted as well.

It was fantastic for our family and we enjoyed the stay
Pros:

Very nice people very helpful and hospitality was great. Rooms were great and rooms were selected had the best views.

Cons:

Not the best location if you are going for very peaceful isolation because lake was full of people, activities and noice.
