Nice place and very good view

Cons:

No left (Elevator)
The Wi-Fi is unstable all the time ، Most of the time there is no Wi-Fi service.

Breakfast is simple and there aren't many options to choose from.

Camere su due piani molto molto spaziose e con due comodi letti matrimoniali.

Cons:

La struttura poco curata e che necessita di manutenzione e attenzione da parte del personale. Lenzuola bucate e sporche, vetri rotti nelle parti comuni. Nella prima camera un rumore molesto ad intervalli regolari tutta la notte e dopo ogni doccia si allagava il bagno, nella seconda appena entrato
In doccia è caduta la ventola di areazione.

Aardige mensen, manager probeerde alles goed te regelen.

Cons:

Helaas was het niet schoon, dekbed vies en haren in de douche. Gevraagd of ze dat wilde schoonmaken, maar dat is niet gedaan.

Pros:

ハネムーン旅行で利用することを伝えていたらサプライズを用意してくれて嬉しかった！
夜遅くのチェックインにも対応して温かい紅茶を出してくれた。
シャワーや暖房器具に不調があったがホテルマンがすぐに対応してくれた。

Pros:

أقمنا هنا لمدة 3 أيام نهاية شهر جولاي، كانت الأيام باردة، تحتاج جاكيت و أحيانًا هناك رياح ممطرة تحتاج قبعة صوف خصوصًا للأطفال.
نوع الغرفة كان غرفة عائلية بإطلالة بحيرة:
-الاستقبال لطيف، كان الجو بارد وأحضروا لنا مشروب ترحيبي دافئ
-يوجد مدفئة ولكن صوتها عالي (مثل صوت الاستشوار تقريبًا)
-الإطلالة جميلة
-الفطور لذيذ و مشبع (نهاية الأسبوع كان بوفيه وغيره كان الفطور الانقليزي)
-تعامل أصحاب المكان جميل وسريع وخدمتهم رائعة

Cons:

كانت غرفتنا باتجاه الرياح وسبب ذلك إزعاج أثناء النوم، طبعًا لا ذنب للفندق في ذلك لكن أنصح بطلب غرفة في المنتصف إن توفر.

Overall great stay
Pros:

Staff were great, specially the lady at the time of check in and checkout was excellent she really takes care of our all the request. Breakfast was ok if we compared to the room rate. Room was specious, and the view from our room was good.

Cons:

The noise in the room duering strong wind. Whole night it makes sound can't sleep properly. Management needs to check, if there is any defect with building construction itself. The noise is not normal.

Pros:

Heel lieve en fijne mensen. Het is koud in de bergen maar je kan warmwaterkruik krijgen.
Ze voorzien een ontbijtpakket als je smorgens vroeg de trein wil nemen.

Het is een degelijk onderkomen.niets extra maar degelijke kamer.

Locatie, goed om waterval, theeplantages en theefabrieken te bezoeken.

Cons:

Veelal was de douche koud . Vaker aangegeven, niet echt opgelost. Besteld eten waren wel hele kleine porties.

Bread and Breakfast only if you are a one night traveller. Not value for money.
Pros:

The room was decent it’s like a duplex with a bed on the lower part and one above. You can consider it to be a BnB. The only staff boy was good and helpful.

Cons:

Poor amenities. Expect a set menu if occupancy is less. (not sure if it’s even made there or ordered from outside). No activities at all.
