Cons:

Troppe famiglie con bambini, la piscina era un parco divertimento x tuffi e schiamazzi. La colazione inclusa è un po' basica ma la lista degli extra a pagamento è molto ricca...
Il materasso era molto molle, credo avesse le molle centrali sfondate... Ma sarà stata sfortuna...

It was very nature filled and gorgeous with a cutesy vibe.
Pros:

I liked how everybody was so smiley and nice. And the location was really nice because you could see the lake, Arenal and the forest all in one view. You could hear so many birds.

Cons:

The restaurant Loma Linda hadn’t got much options and the sweet food was almost savoury!

Pros:

De locatie met zicht op het meer en de vulkaan was erg mooi. Ook het zwembad en jacuzzi waren geweldig.

Cons:

Geen koelkast op de kamer? Weinig ophangruimte in de kamer, zowel voor kleren als handdoeken.

Cons:

La primera noche que cenamos en su restaurante a nuestra llegada nos enfermamos muy feo del estómago y vomitó. También a nuestra llegada encontramos una araña en las cortinas de la habitación, telarañas en el techo y pelos en la taza del baño, a pesar de ser una habitación remodelada, la puerta de la entrada hacía demasiado ruido cuando le golpeaba el viento y se escuchaban las puertas de las otras habitaciones.

Le style de la chambre démodé.
Les draps trop petits et en synthétique qui s’enlèvent toute la nuit, même le drap de dessous… le petit déjeuner n’est pas bon et radin et les prix du restaurant sont prohibitifs

The breakfast is good especially having the local food option.

Cons:

We did not see the volcano during our stay becasue of the raining of all two days. It will be better if the hotel mentions that it is very difficult to see the volcano during the rain season from May to November.

Habitación reformada y moderna, magníficas vistas. Buena ubicación.

Desayuno y comida con vistas increíbles.

Personal muy amable

Cons:

El acceso es algo complicado, tediosa la carretera con muchos baches, aunque se accede con cuidado sin problema con un coche normal, nosotros llevamos un sub.

La comida y la bebida cara, como en toda Costa Rica.
