Pros:

La vista es excelente volvería hospedarme no se permite fumar y eso es excelente para uno que va con niños es lindo el panorama los pajaritos cantando vista al lago al volcán el clima tienen agua caliente en la ducha aire acondicionado tal como lo esperábamos

El inodoro estaba súper sucio como que alguien había vomitado y se había pegado todo el vómito en la tasa no había limpiado bien eso fue lo único lo demás calidad de lugar vista y muy bonito

Schön gelegenes Hotel mit viel Luft nach oben
Pros:

Großes, sauberes Zimmer. Bequemes Bett. Sehr schöner Blick vom Balkon auf den See und Vulkan. Warmer kleiner Pool.

Cons:

Zimmer sehr hellhörig, sowohl Wände, als auch Decken. Durch laute Nachbarn und Fußgetrampel wurde der Schlaf massiv gestört. Hinzu kam eine defekt Klimaanlage, die sich alle paar Stunden ausschaltete. Das Badezimmer war sehr eng und ein extrem hoch angebrachtes Waschbecken erschwerte das waschen. 3 Stückchen Obst beim Frühstück sind für Costa Rica sehr wenig. Der Kaffee war sehr dünn und für ein Kaffeeland unwürdig.

Nice hotel with stunning view for Volcan Arenal
Pros:

+ Amazing view for Volcan Arenal and lake - there is a tarrace next to parking lot from which the view is incredible!!! Not only volcan and lave but also all that greenery - magic!
+ View from our room was also really nice because it was for Volcan Arenal
+ Great pool and jacuzzi with heated water - it was great to swim there in the evening after long day of sightseeing, also from the pool there is a beautiful view for sunset above lake
+ The whole area has a lot of beautiful plants - it looks really nice
+ Breakfast area and restaurant with lake view is great! It was a pleasure to sit there and have breakfast with that view
+ Our room was really spacious, bathroom was good, after renovation, big shower
+ Really big parking lot - there was a lot of space to leave car

Cons:

- Room could be a little bit more modern
- Breakfast was okey, but nothing special, in other places that we’ve visited in Costa Rica it was more tasty
- If you wanted to toast bread you had do wait in a queue - for that amount of rooms there should be more space to make yourself a breakfast

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr gut geeignet!
Pros:

Die Ruhe in der Nacht und das Erwachen der Vogelwelt am Morgen sind echt schön.
Der Ausblick vom Pool auf den Vulkan und den See war herrlich. Auch beim Frühstück konnte man dies genießen.

Cons:

Jammern auf hohem Niveau ...unser Zimmer war frisch renoviert, allerdings war es ziemlich hellhörig. Ein Kühlschrank wäre noch schön gewesen und im Bad Ablagemöglichkeiten.
Die Poolbar war scheinbar auch schon länger nicht in Gebrauch.

Tranquilidad y belleza excepcional del paisaje

El desayuno muy bueno, la ubicación perfecta. En realidad vengo muy contento de haber visitado ese lugar

Solo la vista y precio.son buenas.

Cons:

No nevera en habitacion, camino oscuro y lejos de la ciudad nada cerca para comer. El restaurante ofrecen pocas opciones de comida y no cuenta con telefono en la habitacion .

Jardines y vistas hermosos, es bastante retirado de lugares de comida, tiendas y gente.
Pros:

El desayuno bueno (poca porción). Café, jugo, agua y tostadas ilimitadas.

Cons:

El restaurante tiene precio un poco elevado y el camino son 20 minutos en calle soleada, sin casas y casi sin tránsito. Pero volvería, me encantó el lugar.

The views were amazing!! We had a full view of the volcano and lagoon from our room, and the view from the restaurant is exceptional!!
