Muy bien para dormir bien antes de coger un vuelo

La ducha y la habitación y el silencio (el huésped de a lado roncò mucho, pero la habitación estaba bien insonorizada).

Cons:

Al pedir un taxi para el aeropuerto, que costaría unos 220 pesos, me cobraron 400:
Ví como, delante de mis ojos, el taxista le dio 100 pesos al chico de la reception y luego ambos me dijeron que la tarifa es 380 pesos, más 20 por pagar con tarjeta. Un timo! Mejor pedirlo usando una aplicación

Tuve un poco de inconvenientes al momento de hablar por el whats con el personal, ya que no fueron muy claros con algunas dudas que tuve, pero fuera de eso, excelente todo

Hotel sencillo y cumplidor
Pros:

Es un hotel sencillo, con instalaciones limpias y en una muy buena ubicación cerca del aeropuerto y alejado del bullicio del centro. Aunque por estar en una avenida principal se escucha toda la noche el ruido de los autos. Me gusto que el internet está muy bien y la pantalla también.

Estancia cómoda y accesible
Pros:

Las habitaciones son amplias y muy cómodas, el hotel está muy bien ubicado.

Cons:

Sería genial que tuviera un frigobar, en lo personal porque traíamos un medicamento que necesita refrigeración y el hotel está cerca de la clínica de Mérida, por otro lado, le falta un poco de mantenimiento al acensor, mi papá se quedó atorado dentro por unos minutos y hasta que sumí el botón para que suba se volvió a activar.
