Muchas expectativas y realmente una decepción
Pros:

La parte termal y la amabilidad y colaboración del personal.

Cons:

La cama durísima, no hay cafeteria, hay un bar al lado que sólo abre por la tarde-noche. El buffet poco variado. Teniendo en cuenta la media de edad de los clientes no hay ducha, sólo bañera. La oferta lúdica inexistente.

El personal tanto de Recepción, comedor, spa, etc. El hotel en general.

Cons:

Mal olor en el cuarto de Baño, falta de mantenimiento en estancias, goles en esquinas desgaste de rodapiés y sobre todo la moqueta gastada y con alguna mancha. La piscina tiene poco sol .

Pros:

Muy buen servicio y comodidad. Te vienen 45 minutos de spa con la reserva y éste está muy bien.

Cons:

Las sábanas y toallas tenían alguna mancha, que se notaba que era de las difíciles de irse, pero estaría bien que fueran más higiénicos.

Lo mejor la ubicacion que tenia el hotel

Cons:

Las personas que comen sin gluten realmente lo tienen dificil
La habitacion llena de polvo y el suelo lleno de arena
El spa demasiada gente para lo poco que hay
